I was really pleased with the service and how lovely the staff and the lady that looked after my tortoise. I took my tortoise to have his beak trimmed. I just wanted to let you know like me if your finding it hard to find a vet's that treat tortoise's Please give them a ring I managed to have appointment booked within a few days My time there with Mikey was perfect thank you so much for all your care

I have to say this is the best vets I have ever been to. The staff a so caring and compassionate. Sadly both my dogs had to be put to sleep due to old age and the staff helped with so much love. They even send me a beautiful card to me after my baby's has passed. I wish I had found this beautiful vets years ago. Thank you to the wonderful team at this veterinary kind regards Mrs Reid. ❤️

We absolutely love the Banstead Boarding Cattery. We have been leaving our cat here several times a year over the past 2 years. Brian is very attentive, the cattery is very clean and the cats are always very happy. Highly recommend.

We used banstead cattery for the first time over Christmas and were extremely happy with the service. It is a small family run cattery which means you get a very personalised service. Before booking Brian invited us to see the place, which was very good as we could see the cattery and meet the owners. We also received regular updates and photos of our cat so very happy about it . Will definitely leave our cat here again.

I've left my cat with Brian on a number of occasions over the last couple of years, usually for a long weekend but sometimes longer, and although Max always tells me off for leaving him he's always content, albeit pleased to be coming home. Brian is obviously a cat lover and certainly knows Max's personality. Banstead Cattery is a little more expensive than some others locally but the peace of mind is well worth it and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see their feline friend well looked after.

Second time my Ragdolls have stayed at this cattery. The owners are friendly, helpful and take pride in their care and boarding facilities. Pens are large and heated and have no trouble housing my two boys. Special diets are also catered for. Thank you and we will return.

Excellent facility. We've used it a few times now and our cat always comes home healthy and happy (which is all any owner wants). Brian and Jackie are lovely people and very flexible if you need to change dates or drop off/collection times. Do book early though, as lots of people feel the same way we do!

My dog was hit by a car, and we drove directly to this practice. They acted immediately and professionally like a priority A&E casualty, as you would hope they would in that situation. I felt like a priority and was treated perfectly. They saved my dog!

We attended the practice for a second opinion. I am so impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by Andy, at Banstead Village Surgery. From the moment we walked in, the reception team was welcoming and friendly (which is very rare nowadays). Andy took time to go through everything in detail, and making sure my pet felt comfortable and at ease throughout the visit.

This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. David has been our vet for over 15 years and during that time has always given the highest level of care to our pets. David and his wife, Senka, provide a mobile veterinary service which was invaluable to us during Covid. They now have new premises in Epsom, where they recently treated our very nervous cat. David and Senka were incredibly professional and patient, ensuring our cat felt comfortable and reassured throughout the treatment. We would highly recommend Bradbury Veterinary Care.

I know how fortunate i am to be registered at such a wonderful veterinary practice. Alex has always been consistently thorough and faultless in his treatment of every pet I've brought to him. Namely my Guinea pigs, which is incredibly lucky that he is able to treat them being an exotic animal. Not an easy animal to treat, with lack of drugs available on the market, but he applies his common sense and knowledge and provides the best care possible. For this I'm forever grateful. I'm over the moon with the goddards staff, went above and beyond, put me through to a charity that helped with a lot of the funding for my dog chips treatment, and done some extra work for chip at no extra cost while he was under, Alex has done a great job on chip, and the aftercare was par-excellence, I take my hat off and salute you all 😊

I highly recommend this practice. Alex and his team always go the extra mile to help, even squeezing you in to a busy schedule when you're worried about your pet. Alex always explains things fully and he's great with my cat, who isn't good at being handled by anyone other than me but allows Alex to do anything! I feel my cat is in very safe hands and that's so reassuring. Don't hesitate in registering your pet at this practice. You won't regret doing so!

This practice is one of a kind. As “mum” to two beautiful doggies I’ve had a terrible time the last 3 weeks with both my boys falling ill. I have been a nervous wreck and phoned them and visited so often. Tania has been so patient with me and so kind to my boys and they r thankfully both on the mend. Dealt with the loss of our pet with respect and care. Even once our little one had passed on, we still heard from them with cards and even a paw print that we never asked for, but are very grateful for. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone at the vets.

Simply incredible care from all the team at Anwell. After a poor experience from another vet we came here & so glad we did. Looked after a very poorly Greyhound so well. Talked me through all the tests needed & upfront with very reasonable costs. After an X-ray it was clear that she had an incurable tumour. Greg was incredible with his compassionate way of dealing with both us & the way we had to have her put down. Made a horrendous time as smooth & peaceful as it could have been. I would highly recommend Anwell to anyone.

All the staff go above and beyond to ensure the animals in their care are looked after with professionalism and love. I can't praise the care highly enough. They have always respect the age and temprament of all our cats, and offered appropriate treatment. They have always explained any treatment or options available and answered our questions fully, however silly they may seem. My male cat had a problem urinating and he was in severe pain and discomfort. This vet practice fitted my cat in ASAP and the receptionist was very understanding and friendly. Both my cats have been under these amazing vets for just over 10 years, and no words can describe how professional and understanding all the vets and staff have been towards my cats and us, especially a recent event on 13/12/2024 with our older cat who sadly was diagnosed with HF and I must say they really are amazing vets cannot thank them enough for there care of my cat and making us as a family feel not to anxious and giving us total understanding of the condition to the meds to payments so so helpful.
