Fantastic, professional and very helpful company. Used them twice now. Bought a new house and water wouldn't work. They arrived quickly and resolved the problem immediately with no charge. Then had a more recent problem, which they talked me through how to fix over the phone again ni charge. Genuinely a very nice and helpful organisation who clearly put the customer first. Highly recommend.

Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

Spencer repaired our faulty boiler which had a peculiar fault that other engineers failed to idenify and fix. He identified the faulty part quickly and carried out a full evaluation and explained to the options available. Communication and scheduling was efficient and reliable and the repairs were carried out in good time. A small problem was experienced after and the follow up visit was very prompt and successful. A good experience and would be happy to use again and recommend to friends.

I first dealt with Spencer in 2020 when we needed a new boiler and removing our old water tank from the loft. Spencer had recently worked on my Father in Laws house in Staines and wasn't sure if he could work on our house 10 miles away, but he accommodated us. He worked with his Dad to remove our old prehistoric boiler and they were extremely efficient and tidy and supplied and fitted our new boiler and hive system. Since then, we've had our annual maintenance of our boiler every year. Vickey is extremely lovely to deal with. I recently had to cancel my appointment and she was very accommodating and helpful. The engineers who come to our house are always polite and helpful and reliable, they arrive within the allocated time frame so you aren't waiting about wasting your day. Such a great company and absolutely worth the 5 stars they are rated! Would definitely recommend!

Spence did our Annual Boiler Service on 7th. January 2025. As always, he presented himself tidily and in a timely way (having had to deal with two emergency call-outs prior to attending). He answered questions we had honestly, confidently and patiently, and carried out the service thoroughly. In December, a radiator leak occurred in one of our bedrooms. Having contacted Vicki in the office in the morning, Spence was with us by just after 1.00.pm and quickly resolved the matter. Beni and David has been great throughout the whole boiler installation. We had a disaster with the company we bought the boiler from but Beni went above and beyond to make sure that we were looked after. He even driving hours out of the way to collect the boiler, due to a miscommunication with the primary company.

Michael replaced our boiler and all radiators and installed a hive control system. Very knowledgeable about boiler types and best solution for us. The installation was done quickly and very neatly, cleared the mess up as he went. Price was very good. Very professional service on top of that -Michael is calm and unflappable. Michael was recommended to us by two different friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

MP Plumbing and Heating have now done 2 Major Jobs for us. Michael has fitted us a brand new bathroom and doing so came with a variety of complications that he and his team solved with the upmost professionalism. The Bathroom looks stunning and we couldnt be more pleased with it. The second job was a gas leak in our Kitchen which Michael came out to us to find. After replacing a valve and some corroded pipework we are now gas leak free. Without Michael we would have been facing Christmas without heating and a working hob, he stayed until the leak was found and the pipwork repaired. It is so hard to find trustworthy tradespeople that have the knowledge and skills to do a great Job, we are so pleased to have found Michael at MP Plumbing & Heating and we would recommend him to Everyone

I cannot recommend Michael highly enough for the great job he did. He replaced our boiler and installed a new heating system in our house due to a renovation. He got through the work quickly and his attention to detail and knowledge of heating is second to none. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing any work doing. 5 stars

Really great honest service! Sam was very honest and guaranteed his work as well! He charged a very fair amount whereas others quoted 3/4 times the price. I was extremely nervous about getting the fault fixed as the damage caused by the fault would continue if not fixed, he was very patient and explained exactly what he did step by step and assured the problem would not return. Same day and prompt service and he double checked the work multiple times and was great at fault finding. I would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, polite and reliable engineer!
