Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves. Lee has helped us with other plumbing issues before and he has always been very polite and reliable and done really good work. We definitely recommend him!

Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

DNA Plumbing fitted a Mixergy tank in my home and completely renovated the pipework and electrics required. Dan was professional, knowledgeable and his work ethic could not be faulted. Crown Plumbing just did my annual boiler service. Jack the engineer arrived as scheduled, phoning me 20 mins before to let me know he would be arriving. He was very tidy. Did a thorough job on the boiler service and highlighted some items that would need attention at next service. The cost was as advertised and in my opinion represented good value for money. Very happy with overall experience.

Steve’s been our plumber for about 12 years now and is always great at reaching out when we need our boiler serviced. Whilst he was here I noticed that one of our radiators was hanging off the wall on one side. He was happy to fix this whilst he as over. He’s a neat and tidy worker and always a pleasure to have working in the house.

Steve is polite, efficient and communicates well. He helped with gas installation for a major renovation and connecting a new 33mm water pipe to system. I would have no problem recommending Steve.

Adam and Dan are just two really nice personable plumbers intent on providing the best service and outcome for the customer. Adam is excellent at keeping in touch and updating progress on work in hand and always responds to calls where there’s a query.Dan is a meticulous tiler. - they work well together. Did a really good job on updating my bathroom and dealt efficiently and speedily with unforeseen difficulties.

Richard visited my mothers today too replace very old bathroom mixer taps , After establishing it was impossible without replacing the bath which my mother did not want Richard did a fantastic job repairing the existing taps. I have worked with Richard and the team at Response Plumbing for many years on a number of small things. I can't speak highly enough of the service from R&G Plumbing Services! Our boiler broke down early this morning, and after calling at 9:30am, Dicky was at our door within an hour and a half. In just 15 minutes, he had identified the issue and the part required, and within the hour, it was obtained and installed. Remarkably, our boiler was back up and running within just a few hours, including an annual service. If there's service better than this, I'd love to see it! We’ll now be using R&G Plumbing Services annually for our boiler maintenance. Highly recommended!

have been using Alight for a while now for boiler & gas services. John is reliable & knowledgeable. A recent boiler fault (No heat or hot water) was found & repaired quickly! John is very trustworthy & he tidies up after himself. Would definitely recommend him should you need an engineer. 5 Star!

Reliable, fast and friendly service would definitely recommend. Used Alight Heating when we had to replace our boiler, John visited our house, sent through a quote that evening and and was able to get the boiler changed out the next day.

Nathan was very professional, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable, more than happy to explain everything he was doing. I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. He is prompt, professional, and very thorough in diagnosing the issue. The plumber gone out of his way to source a new shower fitting and solutions. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

I required a gas safety certificate for my flat. Neil was super efficient and helpful, explaining the process and providing me with a carbon monoxide detector. He even told me how I could make my boiler more efficient. Highly recommend!
