I’m so great full for the service Dan provided, I was desperately in need of help with no heating/hot water due to the previous installers bad work. Dan went above and beyond, he arrived on time, was polite, approachable, extremely knowledgeable and professional, diagnosed and repaired all faults, kept his work area clean and tidy. I 100% recommend DNA!!

Dan was an integral part of a construction team that managed a four month kitchen refurbishment for us last year and he has helped with various plumbing issues since. I would highly recommend him. Thoroughly recommend DNA plumbing. Called Dan regarding split and leaking bathroom pipes and he was able to come round diagnose and fix all of the problems the same day, all at a reasonable price. No more leaks! Cheers Dan, will definitely come to you first in the future

All the stars brilliant! Emailed a request for a boiler annual service, received a call back on the same day and booked the appointment for the following week. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

First class company. Have used these guys for small plumbing and heating jobs over the past three years, and more recently they've done a big job for us. Installing a new boiler has been on the list of things we need to do for a while, but the space we had for the boiler was awkward in size and difficult to install. Gary spent time with me, asked lots of good questions and provided me with recommendations around how we solve our radiator and boiler issue. Over three days, Gary and the team installed a new boiler and moved a bunch of pipes around. They also installed and removed radiators and did a full handover and demonstrated the new thermostat for me. They were punctual, tidy and helpful throughout. The price was also around £3k cheaper that British Gas, so I'm delighted with these guys once again. Honestly, great firm.

Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower.
