I have recently had a large filling replaced by a lovely lady dentist at this practice. She removed a 26 year old filling that had been done at this practice. I had not been to the dentist for 11 years as I'm an extremely nervous patient. The staff here are wonderful. So kind and genuine. The young lady at reception was so genuinely kind and empathetic to customers both 9n the phone and in person. They should all be proud of the 3xemplary service they provide. My filling is perfect! I cant even feel I've had anything done! Amazing service all round.

Wonderful Dental practice. Cannot recommend or praise it enough. The staff are so lovely and helpful; Mr Philips and Sanjay are the best dentists I’ve ever had - gentle, honest, caring and very personable. I’ve been coming to the White House dental Practice since I was a child in the mid 90s (Before it went fully private). Even after moving 20 miles away, I still come here. I developed a fear of dentists after moving to another practice in my teens but since returning to the White House that fear has completely gone!

Adam is my dentist and he has a very caring and calm nature about him and gives good, honest advice. I have been a Patient at Horley & Gatwick Dental Care for over 20 years. Probably nearly 25 yrs if I recall correctly.That length of time should be testament enough . However, its not just because of the practice location as this is the 3rd premises i think they have occupied over the years albeit it local ish. For me it is the outstanding care and attention that I have received at each and every single visit across the areas of expertise. I go regularly for check ups and to see the hygienist. From the lovely warm welcome at reception to which ever practitioner and the nurses I see in the treatment rooms, either the right or left door. The warm , friendly attentive welcome is continued. I have had the usual fillings, root canal treatment, an extraction, a bridge, deep cleaning and a teeth straightening review. Never have I felt pressured into doing the recommended treatment going forward. It's always collaborative and I ask questions. We monitor whats going on. I do have a voice as they are my teeth ! Sounds a lot but it's over a lot of years and I am over 60. I have seen locums historically when they have had staff who have moved on to other ventures but, who ever fills a permanent position ( and they don't have high staff turn over ) really have to gel with the whole team . I would even say the family . Again genuine attentiveness , knowledge highly skilled, patient, kind , caring . Clear understandable communication The list goes on honestly. If I have to go to the dentist this is where I want to go without a doubt and I consider myself very fortunate and cared for. Probably not a usual thing to say but I love my dentist and team. 😁 Thank you all so very much for looking after me and my teeth so well. It's definitely team work 🙏

I recently visited Chem Village Dental Studios, and I have to say, it was a thoroughly positive experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire practice was. The atmosphere was comforting, which immediately put me at ease. Very happy with my implant. From the very start when my tooth broke apart when I accidentally bit hard on an olive stone, Wassim professionally removed the fragments and over the next treatments, rebuilt the bone, installed an implant and finally fitted a crown to match neighbouring teeth. I can now enjoy eating again.

Monica, the orthodontist, at the practice has been wonderful with my teenage daughter. She has straightened her teeth giving her a lovely smile. She obviously loves working with young people and made my daughter feel very comfortable with her regular visits. She treated her with such warmth and always involved her in any discussions. My daughter and I would thoroughly recommend her. Following my daughter’s experience, I am now seeing Monica. She explained the treatment very clearly with great visuals. She is always very open to questions and is very professional whilst also being fun.

Dr Rabia Satti treated me for a broken crown, it was an emergency as I had holiday booked in a couple of days time, she fitted me in at short notice and provided an excellent temporary soloution, with a sensible long term plan of action for when I come back from my holiday. I'm very happy with my overall experience.

Update June 2019: I decided to have my teeth straightened using Invisalign here at Mortiboys. The service I received was exemplary, from appointment times that suited me to a completely second “refinement” program that was all included in the price but was never budgeted for. I am really happy with the result and highly recommend getting Invisalign treatment here. I had been looking for a holistic dentist for a long time and my friend recommend Mortiboys - specifically Marc. I have to support the other reviews on here that expound his professionalism and expertise in his field. He also genuinely cares about your health and offers tips to prevent having to see him more than is necessary. A great find!

Was originally referred to Dr Al-Nahi by my general dentist several years ago and continue to attend this lovely practice to have the health of my gums checked once a year. As a patient in my seventies I suffer from exposed tooth roots, which are very uncomfortable. Dr Al-Nahi manages to allay my anxiety and I feel that I am in good hands. The calming atmosphere and spotless surroundings set a tone of excellence, and I really appreciate being given a generous amount of time for the appointment.

Being a new patient at Katoomba Dental Practice. My friend, even her parents had much praise and positive feedbacks as to Katoomba Dental Practice. Thankfully my previous dentist was not ‘ up to MY ASK ‘. Therefore i tried Katoomba Dental Practice. No regrets. Staff are all friendly, always smiling and most accommodating. The Practice is always clean and well presented. Giving one a positive, right from the time of entry into the building. My main man - Dr Chin Liu gave me sound advice. With a full explanation as to the process - start to termination. Putting my interests first, with a LONG TERM GOAL. Questions i had were answered and fully explained. My Dental therapist Sophie McKay. Having extensive work done. Her conscientiousness has left a gratefulness with me that has me in confidence in the work done and any further work to still be done. Sophie very thorough - making sure that the best was done. After a short time - i knew i was in good hands. Hence - i was able to relax knowing the work was completed to a high, best standard. Some persons are able to make one comfortable and relaxed. Sophie is able to do that - as she genuinely does care. Again - questions i had were answered and i am better informed than before. My recommendation - is use/ try Katoomba Dental Practice. They have a very solid base/ foundation in knowing exactly what is best for your needs and situation. i see no need, not even long term - to look elsewhere for another Dental Practice. N e v e r - be put off as in having a professional treatment done, over finances. You will always have money, but once your OWN teeth are gone. Substitutes - never fully replace your own teeth.

I have been registered with this practice for over 30 years and I can only describe this dental service as excellent in every way. The staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people offering immense attention to detail and care with the cleanliness of a hospital theatre. My teeth are (and have always been) in excellent order due to the work of Graham Loader and his team. My wife has used other dentists in Sussex closer to our home, but when she moved to this practice in Horley a few years ago, she has been “singing their praises” ever since! If you are lucky enough to join this practice, you would not be disappointed. A full Five Stars!

I had my six months check up today, the dentist asked if my health details had changed and if I was experiencing any problems with my teeth. My answer was no to both questions and she proceeded to check my teeth, she said everything was okay and I was doing a great job keeping them healthy. I asked her if she could tell me the right size of a flossing brush I could buy. She tried the one she thought would fit and tried it on my teeth and gave it to me. I bought a pack whilst paying for my check up and booking my next appointment. I was very pleased with my dental visit today and would recommend Crabtree Dental Practice to anyone.

I am seeing Richard Brooks at the Tanshire Clinic to stabilise my bite after inappropriate orthodontic work many years ago has led to five broken teeth since then. Richard has ameliorated my problem very quickly to prevent further breakage and the process has been quick and comfortable. On a further note, I am not the easiest of patients as I have severe health issues which Richard and his team have accommodated with charm. I have always felt welcome even though they have to go the extra mile with me.
