Had an implant done at this practice a year or two ago. They are not cheap, but they know what they are doing! I'm pleased with the outcome so far.

I recently visited Specialist Dental and was blown away by their beautiful and welcoming practice. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which is exactly what you want when visiting a dentist.

Was originally referred to Dr Al-Nahi by my general dentist several years ago and continue to attend this lovely practice to have the health of my gums checked once a year. As a patient in my seventies I suffer from exposed tooth roots, which are very uncomfortable. Dr Al-Nahi manages to allay my anxiety and I feel that I am in good hands. The calming atmosphere and spotless surroundings set a tone of excellence, and I really appreciate being given a generous amount of time for the appointment.

There's no need to be fearful of the dentist when you go to Mortiboys. I had a new dentist today called Ranya. She was friendly, helpful, thorough, gentle and explained clearly what she was doing.

Excellent care provided by Zina and her nurse, Lisa, during my recent visits resulting from an infection starting in one of my teeth. Zina and Lisa were both very professional and caring throughout my treatment.

First ever visit to a hygienist as I'm a nervous patient, but Clare was excellent at making me feel at ease and did a great job. I will definitely be coming back regularly as my teeth felt great afterwards.

My first visit to a dental hygienist and was a little anxious but Clare was brilliant and did a first class job on my teeth. Being a new patient at Katoomba Dental Practice. My friend, even her parents had much praise and positive feedbacks as to Katoomba Dental Practice. Thankfully my previous dentist was not ‘ up to MY ASK ‘. Therefore i tried Katoomba Dental Practice. No regrets. Staff are all friendly, always smiling and most accommodating. The Practice is always clean and well presented. Giving one a positive, right from the time of entry into the building. My main man - Dr Chin Liu gave me sound advice. With a full explanation as to the process - start to termination. Putting my interests first, with a LONG TERM GOAL. Questions i had were answered and fully explained. My Dental therapist Sophie McKay. Having extensive work done. Her conscientiousness has left a gratefulness with me that has me in confidence in the work done and any further work to still be done. Sophie very thorough - making sure that the best was done. After a short time - i knew i was in good hands. Hence - i was able to relax knowing the work was completed to a high, best standard. Some persons are able to make one comfortable and relaxed. Sophie is able to do that - as she genuinely does care. Again - questions i had were answered and i am better informed than before. My recommendation - is use/ try Katoomba Dental Practice. They have a very solid base/ foundation in knowing exactly what is best for your needs and situation. i see no need, not even long term - to look elsewhere for another Dental Practice. N e v e r - be put off as in having a professional treatment done, over finances. You will always have money, but once your OWN teeth are gone. Substitutes - never fully replace your own teeth.

I have been registered with this practice for over 30 years and I can only describe this dental service as excellent in every way. The staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people offering immense attention to detail and care with the cleanliness of a hospital theatre. My teeth are (and have always been) in excellent order due to the work of Graham Loader and his team. My wife has used other dentists in Sussex closer to our home, but when she moved to this practice in Horley a few years ago, she has been “singing their praises” ever since! If you are lucky enough to join this practice, you would not be disappointed. A full Five Stars!

Wonderful Dental practice. Cannot recommend or praise it enough. The staff are so lovely and helpful; Mr Philips and Sanjay are the best dentists I’ve ever had - gentle, honest, caring and very personable. I’ve been coming to the White House dental Practice since I was a child in the mid 90s (Before it went fully private). Even after moving 20 miles away, I still come here. I developed a fear of dentists after moving to another practice in my teens but since returning to the White House that fear has completely gone!

The White House has been a brilliant practise for my children and I. Always very accommodating and lovely staff. Made my boys feel very comfortable with their check ups and they were happy to take me through the options before I had my crown. Highly recommend.

Dr Rabia Satti treated me for a broken crown, it was an emergency as I had holiday booked in a couple of days time, she fitted me in at short notice and provided an excellent temporary soloution, with a sensible long term plan of action for when I come back from my holiday. I'm very happy with my overall experience.

Monica, the orthodontist, at the practice has been wonderful with my teenage daughter. She has straightened her teeth giving her a lovely smile. She obviously loves working with young people and made my daughter feel very comfortable with her regular visits. She treated her with such warmth and always involved her in any discussions. My daughter and I would thoroughly recommend her. Following my daughter’s experience, I am now seeing Monica. She explained the treatment very clearly with great visuals. She is always very open to questions and is very professional whilst also being fun.

Very happy with my implant. From the very start when my tooth broke apart when I accidentally bit hard on an olive stone, Wassim professionally removed the fragments and over the next treatments, rebuilt the bone, installed an implant and finally fitted a crown to match neighbouring teeth. I can now enjoy eating again.

I had my six months check up today, the dentist asked if my health details had changed and if I was experiencing any problems with my teeth. My answer was no to both questions and she proceeded to check my teeth, she said everything was okay and I was doing a great job keeping them healthy. I asked her if she could tell me the right size of a flossing brush I could buy. She tried the one she thought would fit and tried it on my teeth and gave it to me. I bought a pack whilst paying for my check up and booking my next appointment. I was very pleased with my dental visit today and would recommend Crabtree Dental Practice to anyone.

Wonderful practice! I saw Dr Evison twice for a check-up and to be fitted for a Sleep-eez device. The experience and friendly advice was perfect and the device has been incredibly impactful for my sleep quality. I also had a hygienist session with Agota that was careful and thorough and my teeth and gums feel so much better. Highly recommend!

Adam is my dentist and he has a very caring and calm nature about him and gives good, honest advice. Brilliant dental check up today with Jasmeen and her assistant. She paid attention to things no one has for years, took account of phobias and was excellent with my teenager who gets anxiety. The receptionist, Hannah, was friendly and efficient.

Got an emergency appointment this evening - normally go to a different dentist but they had no appointments. So impressed - very friendly and saw my daughter straight away. Would definitely consider changing to this surgery.
