I had an exceptional experience at Katoomba Dental Practice! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The clinic is spotless and well-equipped with the latest technology. Dr. Liu took the time to explain every step of my treatment, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. The team’s attention to detail and care for their patients is truly commendable. I also appreciated the flexible scheduling and prompt service. Being a new patient at Katoomba Dental Practice. My friend, even her parents had much praise and positive feedbacks as to Katoomba Dental Practice. Thankfully my previous dentist was not ‘ up to MY ASK ‘. Therefore i tried Katoomba Dental Practice. No regrets. Staff are all friendly, always smiling and most accommodating. The Practice is always clean and well presented. Giving one a positive, right from the time of entry into the building. My main man - Dr Chin Liu gave me sound advice. With a full explanation as to the process - start to termination. Putting my interests first, with a LONG TERM GOAL. Questions i had were answered and fully explained. My Dental therapist Sophie McKay. Having extensive work done. Her conscientiousness has left a gratefulness with me that has me in confidence in the work done and any further work to still be done. Sophie very thorough - making sure that the best was done. After a short time - i knew i was in good hands. Hence - i was able to relax knowing the work was completed to a high, best standard. Some persons are able to make one comfortable and relaxed. Sophie is able to do that - as she genuinely does care. Again - questions i had were answered and i am better informed than before. My recommendation - is use/ try Katoomba Dental Practice. They have a very solid base/ foundation in knowing exactly what is best for your needs and situation. i see no need, not even long term - to look elsewhere for another Dental Practice. N e v e r - be put off as in having a professional treatment done, over finances. You will always have money, but once your OWN teeth are gone. Substitutes - never fully replace your own teeth.

I have been registered with this practice for over 30 years and I can only describe this dental service as excellent in every way. The staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people offering immense attention to detail and care with the cleanliness of a hospital theatre. My teeth are (and have always been) in excellent order due to the work of Graham Loader and his team. My wife has used other dentists in Sussex closer to our home, but when she moved to this practice in Horley a few years ago, she has been “singing their praises” ever since! If you are lucky enough to join this practice, you would not be disappointed. A full Five Stars!

I have recently had a large filling replaced by a lovely lady dentist at this practice. She removed a 26 year old filling that had been done at this practice. I had not been to the dentist for 11 years as I'm an extremely nervous patient. The staff here are wonderful. So kind and genuine. The young lady at reception was so genuinely kind and empathetic to customers both 9n the phone and in person. They should all be proud of the 3xemplary service they provide. My filling is perfect! I cant even feel I've had anything done! Amazing service all round.

Wonderful Dental practice. Cannot recommend or praise it enough. The staff are so lovely and helpful; Mr Philips and Sanjay are the best dentists I’ve ever had - gentle, honest, caring and very personable. I’ve been coming to the White House dental Practice since I was a child in the mid 90s (Before it went fully private). Even after moving 20 miles away, I still come here. I developed a fear of dentists after moving to another practice in my teens but since returning to the White House that fear has completely gone!

The White House has been a brilliant practise for my children and I. Always very accommodating and lovely staff. Made my boys feel very comfortable with their check ups and they were happy to take me through the options before I had my crown. Highly recommend.

A treatment she did about 6 years ago is still going strong and just been referred here again and the expertise I'm just so grateful to have somewhere and someone close to home who is helping me so much. When I lived in Tadworth I used to go here but that was in the early 60s. I was only 9 or 10 and I used to have teeth taken out with nitrous oxide and a very unfriendly dentist scared the living daylights out of me. I recall vividly going home on the bus with my mum with my gums bleeding which lasted several days. I can still recall the smell of the rubber mask and falling asleep like it was just ten minutes ago. That dentist was not great with me but I probably should have brushed my teeth more often. I now live in Canada and my three sons who are in their 20s and 40s have never had even a filling because I told them as kids the scary stories of the dentist and they had better brush their teeth or the same would happen to them and it worked! Seriously though I was simply amazed that there is still a dental office in the same house for over 60 years! Dental treatment has vastly improved and prevention is so much better than cure. I recently went to Colombia twice to have five implants, five crowns and eight veneers and at 69 I have the best teeth I e ever had in my life. Simple lesson is take care of those teeth

I highly recommend Natasha Tarry and her team at Ashley House Dental Group where I went to get PDO threads. The clinic itself was welcoming and clean, whilst Natasha was extremely professional and put me at ease throughout the treatment. I couldn't be happier with the end result!

Want to say a big thank you to Natasha Tarry. The treatment given was as always second to none. She is kind, gentle and very reassuring. On many occasions Natasha has cleaned my teeth but on this occasion I had Botox treatment around my eyes and it has really worked well, no more crinkly eyes on the side of my face! Can't recommend this practice enough, all the staff members are super friendly and very reassuring. Thanks everyone.

I had my wisdom tooth out and was obviously feeling rather nervous about it but both Ankit Patel my dentist and the nurse who was with him made me feel so comfortable. The nurse was constantly reassuring me and reminding me to breathe. This was my last wisdom tooth to be removed so I have had it done before by another dentist so I knew the process. All I can say is wow! He pulled it out and I didn’t even realise - that’s how good he was. I mean there was tugging and pulling but not like the others which I heard cracks and crunches. Totally recommend him! Both were amazing and were helping me not to think about it and if I wanted to stop he did to give my jaw a break. 10/10 service!

Last week, I had broken a tooth and I couldn’t get an appointment with my own dentist and so I tried Bupa Dental Care Banstead. The receptionist was so caring and understanding, she took my number and managed to get me an appointment later that morning. I was lucky enough to see Dr Ankit Patel whom instantly put my mind at ease. He managed to fix my tooth without any pain and calmly talked me through the entire procedure. Highly recommend this dental practice. Extremely professional and caring. 10/10

For years I have wanted composite bonding and yet I could never find a Dentist or practice that gave me what I was after until I came to see Dr Minesh at Bupa Dental Care Epsom. Dr Minesh was amazing, from doing a mock up on my teeth before I agreed to anything, to explaining colour choices, I really felt like I was in safe hands and that I was being listened to and understood. I did not want the fashionable ‘turkey teeth’ I wanted my natural teeth just enhanced and thats exactly what I got. Dr Minesh’s eye for creating a ‘natural’ smile is genius. The entire team were professional and efficient as they had various appointments available which suited my schedule. I could not be happier with my results! Thank you!

I couldn't rave more highly about my experience as a new patient here. I'm an extremely nervous patient and my teeth have been problematic since childhood - not typically a great combination. Everybody is so reassuring; the reception team are brilliant and really knowledgeable, the dental assistant (whose name I sadly didn't catch) is a star and put me at ease from the get go, and Vanita is amazing - as lovely as she is skilful. I felt fully informed about everything, felt no pain during my crown prep appointment and most importantly (for me), it was a really supportive environment with no judgment. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to this practice since I was a child, so nearing 2 decades now. They are truly excellent in all the services they provide. I visit every 6 months for a dentist (Krinal) and Hygienist (Eiad) check up. Both Krinal and Eiad are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and both warm and friendly. My teeth, gums and overall oral health have consistently been healthy due to the services provided and the advice for maintaining oral hygiene specific to my needs has always proved successful. I know that for some, going to the dentist can be a stressful experience, however I have never found that to be the case at this practice. They really make the effort to make you feel comfortable and it’s clear that they really care for your health. I will also note that whenever I’ve needed short notice and immediate help with issues, pains, tooth chips etc. they have always gone above and beyond to see me asap and provide the help I need. I would also give a special mention to the reception team who are always incredibly helpful and professional! Overall, the is a truly great practice and I would highly recommend them to anyone (there’s a reason I’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years!). Thank you to all the Epsom Bupa Dental team!

Dr Neggin Heidari-Robinson has been my dentist for many years and I have continued to use her for treatment due to her professional qualities even though I have moved out of her catchment area. I have always found her attentive when listening to my dental issues and willing to take time to explain simplistically treatment options and outcomes. Her friendly manner has put me at ease with sometimes difficult procedures and her work seems to be of great quality and skill as I have experienced negligible ongoing problems. I would not hesistate to recommend her!!

Went to Dr Neggin with a tooth that needed extraction. Was terrified as hadn’t had any teeth out ever and had got really anxious about it. I thought I would be there ages brought pain killers and took the next morning off. Injections were best I have ever had no pain !! Tooth was out in 5mins and no pain next day. Actually couldn’t believe how easy she made it, calm, knowledgeable and just amazing! I had got all stressed over a simple procedure! Professional and just brilliant at her job. 5stars isn’t enough !!!

I’ve previously always dreaded the dentist, but Lowcroft has changed my opinion! Plus sides: - Never struggled for parking. - Reception staff are lovely and very personable, always greeted with a smile and are always friendly! - Nilam is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had! She communicates excellently, when it comes to procedures, she is very gentle and is very accommodating (I’m a nervous patient). And her work is perfection! - Following my treatment, I received an online survey to make sure I wasn’t in any pain, and what to do if I was. - Nilam also took the time to understand where I want to be with my teeth and has given me great plan to get there! - Hygienist is also very thorough, my teeth felt so smooth after and no pain at all during the clean! I felt very well looked after and I know I’m in great hands when I visit Lowcroft! Highly recommend!

Dr Shah is the best dentist I have had. He is patient friendly, encouraging and always takes the time to explain the procedures he is doing. Dr Shah always gives me a clear plan of what needs doing, with options, and explains clearly what needs to be done and, importantly, why. I am really grateful to him for sorting out my dental issues .. and I never stress now about going!

Fantastic care at Bupa Dental Care recently! Ms. Ahmed and her assistant Courtney really went out of their way to make my crown replacement and filling a pleasant experience. My care and treatment from Nicola at bupa has been 10/10. She truly cares about her patients which is not common these days. The practice on a whole I can’t fault and have been using them for years, have received lots of treatment in that time and felt very well cared for.
