As someone who had a severe case of dentist anxiety on my first appointment here. That was quickly put at ease by the amazing people and environment. Can you believe that I actually enjoy going to the dentist now? The whole team are absolutely excelling in their knowledge, skills, and behaviours. I definitely couldn't ask for better.

I have been with this dental practice for over 20 years. I have always been pleased with their care and service from Receptionist to Hygienist to the Dentist. My present dentist is Derek Whittle who is respectful, gentle, patient and will always explain anything he is going to do and ensure you are comfortable. It is certainly a pleasant Practice to visit at all times who endeavor to take the upmost care of the patient. I would certainly recommend Derek Whittle and the Practice.

Really good very professional and thorough. Go here. For example I saw dr shwarma and Dr Kavi both were excellent. Dr Kavi went beyond in her consultation she was able to identify that I have a jaw occlusion that meant I have a crossbite and gave me the option of referral. I really appreciate this as NO DENTIST has ever told me I have an inherited occlusion and I spent 3 years in braces and lost 4 teeth not knowing why and not fixing the issue I actually had. Now I have the option to sort out an issue that has given me low confidence since my teenage years

What a great team! I used to come here years ago, but then moved away. On my return I came to Waterden, still the same, but better if possible. Mitul was gentle and so honest which I appreciated, Sachi the hygienist, definitely the best I’ve ever had and Melissa the receptionist a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

Great practice. Very friendly staff. Mitul is a very considerate, kind and thorough dentist who uses the latest technology to prepare a Crown. I felt in safe hands and cared for. Highly recommend.

The Waterden Dental Practice was recommended to me by a friend a few years ago. It has such a lovely, friendly atmosphere! I had a root canal/crown procedure a couple of years ago with Richard / Mittal which was painless with great results (unlike a previous experience elsewhere!) I have recently had a tooth implant by Mo which I am absolutely thrilled with. He did such a good job. It’s quite an invested procedure which happens over a few months but the end result is outstanding. Mo explained everything as he went along and it wasn’t at all painful (just a bit uncomfortable at times). Thoroughly recommend!

Always a friendly welcome at the Mews Dental practice, we have been going there for 25 + years and even with the change of ownership we have great experiences (the dental work is never something you want of course!) but they are all helpful, friendly and work to get the best treatment possible for you.

I am a nervous patient, however my experience of Elmsleigh Dental care is extremely positive. The warm reception from the front desk team relaxes me, and the treatment I have received from Hugh Cowley has been amazing. Appointments are always on time, and I can honestly say I have not felt any pain at all during treatment for an implant. Everything is explained and aftercare support is also fabulous.

My family have been attending the Elmsleigh House Dental Clinic for the past 22 years. We have received the best care we could wish for, from regular checkups to crowns, microscopic root canals and orthodontics. Nobody in our family is ‘afraid of dentist’ because Cathleen our dentist has worked with each of us specifically and all treatments were of exceptional quality, using only the best materials and modern facilities. The clinic has a welcoming ‘spa’ like allure with outstanding cleanliness and very polite and patient receptionists. Gillian the hygienist has been applying the most up to date techniques (for 20 years) and Costa, the orthodontist did almost the impossible for my daughter’s misaligned teeth. I have been going to Elmsleigh House Dental Clinic for many years now and highly recommend it. I first saw Cathleen for some cosmetic dentistry and was so impressed with her attention to detail I have stayed with her ever since. She works hard to ensure you get the result you want and is so kind and sensible in her approach to dentistry. Whilst you need to book well ahead, Adrienne is a fantastic Hygienist and worth the wait. All the staff here are helpful and friendly and the waiting area is clean and welcoming which makes going to the dentist a more pleasant experience. There are other options locally but I don’t think I could beat the service I receive here.

I honestly don't know how to explain how fantastic a dental experience I had with Elmsleigh... From start to finish the team are polite, empathetic, and professional. I am a nervous patient and Louise immediately put me at ease whilst handling my call and provided me with all of the information I could have asked for. I required an urgent appointment and I was fortunate enough to be accommodated on the same day (won't always be possible). On the clinical side Hugh and Sophie were an incredible team, I cannot say thank you enough... Skilled absolutely, but Hugh's reassurance and explanations throughout were ideal and matched perfectly to what I personally needed on the day. Go to the dentist with confidence with Elmsleigh. I will be taking my family there also, five stars never more well deserved.

Excellent care from the admin to the dental team. Great facilities and detailed analysis of dental issues with options for treatments. One of the admin team called me the day after my procedure to check all was well which I really appreciated. Dr Azimi was great and made sure I was aware what was happening throughout the treatment. I'm always impressed with the experience at Time Dental, and I've been a client for 6 or 7 years now. The premises are spotlessly clean, the staff always welcoming and efficient, and the dental care is excellent. Dr Rashid always takes the time for a quick chat and explains everything he's doing, offering advice and flagging up potential future areas of concern. I never feel like I'm being pressed to have work done that is not necessary. The hygienists are also very professional. I recommend this dental practice without reservation.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Ziad Ali for 10 years now - always ultra-professional, but also a lovely friendly person who puts you at ease - I always look forward to seeing him. Perfect if you’re a nervous patient. Only suggests dental work that is necessary. Always innovating his practice and technically fantastic - he’s done some Bioclear for me which was done to a much better standard than a specialist practice I had had to previously use. And he also did the most fantastic Invisalign work for me on some very crooked teeth - I think he’s the most fantastic Invisalign practitioner. So, highly recommend in short! All the staff at Notley are lovely. Also need to recommend Hygienist Idalina Silva, particularly if you have children who are anxious or neurodiverse. Idalina dealt with my son brilliantly yesterday - he came in extremely anxious but left happy and enthusiastic about seeing her the next time, and with lots of advice for looking after his teeth which was pitched at just the right level for him. Very impressed. She’s also my hygienist and is equally fantastic with adults. Thanks Notley for looking after us for so long! Lucy

I recently visited Specialist Dental and was blown away by their beautiful and welcoming practice. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which is exactly what you want when visiting a dentist.

I originally attended Dr Mario for a second opinion, I had some issues with my teeth and I wanted to be sure I was getting the right advice. I found Dr Mario to be meticulous with a professional and considered approach, add to that he listens. I decided to have my treatment with him. I am an anxious patient and he’s been amazing. We have now moved but I drive 2 hours each way for my checkups. I wholeheartedly recommend Lakeside dental practice, you’ll be in safe hands.
