I have been registered with this practice for over 30 years and I can only describe this dental service as excellent in every way. The staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people offering immense attention to detail and care with the cleanliness of a hospital theatre. My teeth are (and have always been) in excellent order due to the work of Graham Loader and his team. My wife has used other dentists in Sussex closer to our home, but when she moved to this practice in Horley a few years ago, she has been “singing their praises” ever since! If you are lucky enough to join this practice, you would not be disappointed. A full Five Stars!

Being a new patient at Katoomba Dental Practice. My friend, even her parents had much praise and positive feedbacks as to Katoomba Dental Practice. Thankfully my previous dentist was not ‘ up to MY ASK ‘. Therefore i tried Katoomba Dental Practice. No regrets. Staff are all friendly, always smiling and most accommodating. The Practice is always clean and well presented. Giving one a positive, right from the time of entry into the building. My main man - Dr Chin Liu gave me sound advice. With a full explanation as to the process - start to termination. Putting my interests first, with a LONG TERM GOAL. Questions i had were answered and fully explained. My Dental therapist Sophie McKay. Having extensive work done. Her conscientiousness has left a gratefulness with me that has me in confidence in the work done and any further work to still be done. Sophie very thorough - making sure that the best was done. After a short time - i knew i was in good hands. Hence - i was able to relax knowing the work was completed to a high, best standard. Some persons are able to make one comfortable and relaxed. Sophie is able to do that - as she genuinely does care. Again - questions i had were answered and i am better informed than before. My recommendation - is use/ try Katoomba Dental Practice. They have a very solid base/ foundation in knowing exactly what is best for your needs and situation. i see no need, not even long term - to look elsewhere for another Dental Practice. N e v e r - be put off as in having a professional treatment done, over finances. You will always have money, but once your OWN teeth are gone. Substitutes - never fully replace your own teeth.

Exceptional.. our experience at Dentistree was and always is an absolute pleasure from the reception staff to Rajan. Rajan, is so gentle and kind and excellent at his job, in making you feel calm. Our recent experience with my Mum who is 87, needed a tooth extracting, Rajan was so soft, his calmness allowed my mum to be at ease. I would recommend Dentistree 100%, we are delighted we found such a fantastic Dentist. Thank you to all at Dentistree.

Highly recommend Dentistree, all the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to help. I saw Paris who is actually a new dentist there today and she and her assistance were amazing, very informative, gentle and super kind. Will not go anywhere else. We are always greeted by the lovely staff and waiting times are very short. The clinic is always smelling fresh and the hygiene process is to the highest standard. Dr Ian is very thorough when explaining to my daughter the next steps and he takes great care in looking after her. I would highly would highly recommend such a great service.

Incredible service all the way through. This highly skilled team run a slick operation and are professional, courteous, friendly and approachable. They've created miracles with my teeth straightening, my braces were taken off today and I'm completely thrilled with the results. I'm constantly grinning like a Cheshire cat! I had my six months check up today, the dentist asked if my health details had changed and if I was experiencing any problems with my teeth. My answer was no to both questions and she proceeded to check my teeth, she said everything was okay and I was doing a great job keeping them healthy. I asked her if she could tell me the right size of a flossing brush I could buy. She tried the one she thought would fit and tried it on my teeth and gave it to me. I bought a pack whilst paying for my check up and booking my next appointment. I was very pleased with my dental visit today and would recommend Crabtree Dental Practice to anyone.

All members of staff were exceptionally friendly and kind. I needed an emergency appt and was in pain and had spoken with 3 other practices all of who had been quite abrupt and seemed annoyed by my urgency.. I didn't really have a choice but it was still nice to be treated so decently! The practice is clean and really well presented, too. Will definitely be returning here as a first choice of dental care!

Wonderful practice! I saw Dr Evison twice for a check-up and to be fitted for a Sleep-eez device. The experience and friendly advice was perfect and the device has been incredibly impactful for my sleep quality. The team at Rudgwick Dental have truly turned parts of my life around. I had lost several front lower teeth during the pandemic. Somewhat through fear of dentistry and mostly due to the costs of dentistry. However, the team are exceptionally welcoming. The prices for their treatment are fair and at no point during the processes I’ve been through with them did I feel afraid. Prior to the treatment I had hidden behind a surgical mask. This was ok during the peak of the pandemic, but it was 4 years in total and people would give me funny looks and I would find myself making excuses… Fast forward to now…I now have my smile back. I smile all the time. This has opened doors for me to have job interviews to further my career. I am so grateful for everything !! Thank you all….

My husband needed emergency treatment (broken tooth) and found reception extremely helpful and understanding offering a next day appointment. Dr Natasha Vadasz was superb and completed a repair with a recommendation of a more permanent solution in the new year. We have been patients here for many years and always found the whole team to be extremely caring and helpful.

Amazing experience. I walked in nervous and scared but the receptionist (I believe her name was Sangeeta) was amazing. While waiting for Dr Bilal, she kept assuring me that the procedure is safe and the Dr. knows what he's doing which made me feel a lot more at ease with the whole experience. Upon meeting with the dentist I felt safe in his hands as he explained everything thoroughly and checked with me to make sure I understand what I’m going through with. I look forward to coming back to continue with my treatment and seeing the team again.

We have 3 generations of teeth being looked after by Dr Patel. Since joining just under 2 years ago, the service (and more importantly the care!) has always been exceptional. He really listens to his patients whether it's concerns for their own teeth or their kids, or simply wanting to know 'options' without any pressure. Just such a wonderful dentist

Can’t recommend enough! Reception staff are really nice and welcoming, the dental nurse I had really put me at ease as I’m a nervous patient with anxiety. She did her best to make the experience the best it could be. As for the dentist I saw, (I think he was the owner too) nothing short of amazing! He listened to my concerns about my teeth, what I wanted my end goal to be with no judgement at all. The examination was very in dept - never had a dentist check my mouth that well. He then explained the treatment needed step by step, with reasoning of what had to be done and why. My life long fear of the dentist isn’t as bad now I’ve been to Ivory. Thank you again to all the staff I saw, you were amazing.
