All members of staff were exceptionally friendly and kind. I needed an emergency appt and was in pain and had spoken with 3 other practices all of who had been quite abrupt and seemed annoyed by my urgency.. I didn't really have a choice but it was still nice to be treated so decently! The practice is clean and really well presented, too. Will definitely be returning here as a first choice of dental care!

I would like to highly recommend the team in Dorking. I had been referred by my Horsham dentist to see Dr Pauline Lautard for Periodontal work and Sumeet Oberai for Prosthodontics composite bonding. I was anxious but l had no need to be. After Pauline numbed my gums l had no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. With Sumeet numbing was not needed. He made me feel completely relaxed and again pain free. My teeth look very natural. I am absolutely thrilled.

I cannot recommend Surrey Dental Specialists highly enough! After a failed root canal elsewhere, I was referred to their incredible team for specialist treatment, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Lauren at reception was wonderfully polite, accommodating, and friendly, instantly putting me at ease. From the very first interaction, I felt I was in good hands. My treatment with Vipul Kataria was nothing short of amazing. I went in feeling very nervous, but his calm and reassuring manner quickly put me at ease. He explained everything thoroughly, was incredibly gentle, and I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain throughout the procedure. Even the anesthetic injection, which I normally dread, was completely painless—an absolute first for me! Vipul’s attention to detail and his dedication to high standards were evident throughout. The teamwork between him and the brilliant dental nurse Emma was seamless. Together, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. To my surprise, I experienced no pain at all after the procedure—not even the day after, which I found truly remarkable. Vipul, if you ever consider moving into general dentistry (though I know it might not be challenging enough for you!), please let me know. I would sign up as your regular patient in an instant! Well, no one really likes going to the dentist… but the care and attention to detail I have received from this practice is second to none. They will really look after you and they are experts in their work. Extremely kind and understanding of nervous patients and very personable. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. He really listens to his patients whether it's concerns for their own teeth or their kids, or simply wanting to know 'options' without any pressure. Just such a wonderful dentist

Can’t recommend enough! Reception staff are really nice and welcoming, the dental nurse I had really put me at ease as I’m a nervous patient with anxiety. She did her best to make the experience the best it could be. As for the dentist I saw, (I think he was the owner too) nothing short of amazing! He listened to my concerns about my teeth, what I wanted my end goal to be with no judgement at all. The examination was very in dept - never had a dentist check my mouth that well. He then explained the treatment needed step by step, with reasoning of what had to be done and why. My life long fear of the dentist isn’t as bad now I’ve been to Ivory. Thank you again to all the staff I saw, you were amazing.

All of the staff are absolutely lovely! I haven’t visited the dentist for a while and I was quite anxious about going, but reception were incredibly nice when booking in, and put me at ease. Upon visiting, my dentist was incredibly nice and worked hard to put any of my anxieties aside. Overall just lovely people and practice

Exceptional.. our experience at Dentistree was and always is an absolute pleasure from the reception staff to Rajan. Rajan, is so gentle and kind and excellent at his job, in making you feel calm. Our recent experience with my Mum who is 87, needed a tooth extracting, Rajan was so soft, his calmness allowed my mum to be at ease. I had my six months check up today, the dentist asked if my health details had changed and if I was experiencing any problems with my teeth. My answer was no to both questions and she proceeded to check my teeth, she said everything was okay and I was doing a great job keeping them healthy. I asked her if she could tell me the right size of a flossing brush I could buy. She tried the one she thought would fit and tried it on my teeth and gave it to me. I bought a pack whilst paying for my check up and booking my next appointment. I was very pleased with my dental visit today and would recommend Crabtree Dental Practice to anyone.

Wonderful practice! I saw Dr Evison twice for a check-up and to be fitted for a Sleep-eez device. The experience and friendly advice was perfect and the device has been incredibly impactful for my sleep quality. I also had a hygienist session with Agota that was careful and thorough and my teeth and gums feel so much better. Highly recommend!

I suffer from major anxiety at dentists. From the moment I met Dr Bela, I felt safe. I've had four fillings and a crown rework, and at every point I've felt cared for by her, and the dental nurse Antonio's, utter professionalism and speed. Look, there's nothing fun about getting a filling, but all mine have been done with speed, great care and expertise. Yesterday, I had a bit of a panic attack, Dr Bela and the nurse were so generous with their patience and kindness, I felt very moved. I'd like to point out how lovely the staff are at reception too. Courteous, kind and warm. I'm a bit chatty and they never rush me! Dr Kataria saw me for a possible root canal and he could not have been gentler or kinder.

Timberhill is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Leanne and Carla are amazing hygienists - and I don’t say that lightly. Bella always has my best interests at heart and I genuinely look forward to seeing her, and Antonio is always helpful and friendly. I am most definitely not a fan of dentists. Today I had an amazing experience. Dr Kataria was such a caring patient person. Dr Kataria took time to explain and make sure I understood what he was going to do. He Showed me photos to explain the procedure. He is a very thoughtful person understanding the patient needs and making sure they are met. The technical experience he showed today was above and beyond. Dr Kataria showed so much patient with the treatment. I have never had such caring treatment and felt so relaxed. I left the dentist today feeling I had such a position experience . I was never in any discomfort during the treatment. Dr Katarias assistant was equally caring. I would have no doubt at all in reminding Dr Kataria

I had my first appointment with Dr Bela yesterday and I ended up having to have two filings. Dentists usually fill me with fear and panic but Dr Bela was so sweet and kind and I found I wasn’t worried at all. She talked me through all the steps and showed me exactly what she was doing with the camera the whole way through. I opted not to have any anaesthetic due to health reasons and Dr Bela was so gentle and made sure I barely felt it. Fantastic place I’m so chuffed and feel very reassured knowing I’m in very safe hands . Thank you .

He always took the time to explain everything carefully and in a way that I could understand, considered my priorities, and involved me when deciding on treatment next steps. The team at Rudgwick Dental have truly turned parts of my life around. I had lost several front lower teeth during the pandemic. Somewhat through fear of dentistry and mostly due to the costs of dentistry. However, the team are exceptionally welcoming. The prices for their treatment are fair and at no point during the processes I’ve been through with them did I feel afraid. Prior to the treatment I had hidden behind a surgical mask. This was ok during the peak of the pandemic, but it was 4 years in total and people would give me funny looks and I would find myself making excuses… Fast forward to now…I now have my smile back. I smile all the time. This has opened doors for me to have job interviews to further my career. I am so grateful for everything !! Thank you all….

My husband needed emergency treatment (broken tooth) and found reception extremely helpful and understanding offering a next day appointment. Dr Natasha Vadasz was superb and completed a repair with a recommendation of a more permanent solution in the new year. We have been patients here for many years and always found the whole team to be extremely caring and helpful.

I very much like the newly refurbished reception area and it perfectly sets the tone for what is a very professional practise.
