I have serious anxiety around going to the dentist. From the moment I walked into Molesey Dental Practice I was put at ease. The receptionists were very welcoming and later helpful in sorting out my appointments. Emma was brilliant as was her nurse (sorry I'm terrible with names and I can't remember her name, anxiety levels so high I probably never retained it but she works on Tuesday and Thursday). They put me at ease, kept checking how I was doing. Emma took time to go through my options and make accommodation to fit me in due to a pending operation I am having. I won't say I'm looking forward to my next appointment but I am significantly less stressed about it. I really can't recommend the practice more.

I find this practice very helpful and compassionate. The receptionists are always cheerful and caring. The dentists are always ready to listen to you. Although I have only been seen by one dentist over the past 3 years at six monthly intervals I understand each one is just as caring and compassionate . I would recommend this practice to anyone who has any fears of dentists they will put you at your ease, and work with you at your pace. You will come out of there feeling good. They have a very comfortable waiting area too.

Helpful reception staff, (especially Gary), nothing is too much trouble, appointments always on time, friendly, caring dentists (my experience of Mr Crowley), been coming here for many years and now with my daughters too. Always clean, tidy and welcoming.

I have been with Molesey Dental Practice for many years. My Dentist within the practice is Puneet who has a really lovely manner and is very caring. Gary is a superb practice Manager, always welcoming, highly professional who goes above and beyond. The nurses I have met are always kind and caring and the hygienists are very good. A few years ago I had some orthodontic work - Lucy fitted my braces and did an amazing job. Another total professional with a caring and compassionate approach. I highly recommend the practice, it is warm and welcoming.

Gentle Dental have been great throughout my teeth whitening process and re doing my composite bonding. All of the staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, they really have the patients best wishes at heart. Vanessa the treatment coordinator helped me decide which teeth whitening course suited me. Michael Marshall and Helena made me feel at ease during my dental procedure. I can’t recommend this dental practice highly enough. Thank you 😀

A fantastic dental practise. Their level of care and attention is 100% in my experience. They’ve kept my teeth and gums strong, white and healthy since 1999. I love that they don’t over treat, only recommend what’s necessary and always explain the detail so I can make an informed choice whether to continue or not. I have 2 check ups, a year with dental hygiene (the hygienist team are particularly good), the odd filling replacement now and then, a little cosmetic work when absolutely needed and Invisalign last year. Their gentle manner is perfect for the most nervous of patients too. Can’t recommend them enough, Harley street quality without the travel or the extra cost.

I cannot tell you how amazing my experience at Gentle Dental was amazing. .FIONNUALA my dentist was brilliant she got my tooth out so fast with so much care and compassion I've never met a dentist like her. HELENA was the dental nurse was also so kind and caring she made me feel so at ease in my nervous state,these ladies made my whole experience so easy you are incredible ladies.. Dont go to any other dentist but to Gentle Dentle with FIONNUALA and HELENA.

Raj is a first class dental hygienist & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her good work. Nathan is a brilliant (like his inspirational white teeth :)) dentist. Tracy is always friendly and helpful. They are a great team and have ‘John Lewis’ levels of customer service standards.

Who likes going to the dentist? I never thought it would be me, but I actually look forward to seeing Nathan! He is so personable and makes me feel completely at ease. Even when I have needed treatment, he is constantly positive affirming! The whole practice is brilliant - I love how they have really thought of ways to make it as comfortable as possible - making my initial appointment was the best decision - and I only wish I had done it sooner

I first visited Smilessence some years ago for Invisalign and was very pleased with the outcome!. I have continued to use the practice since then. Karen and the team are friendly, skilled and efficient and I would highly recommend the practice.

at MY DENTIST W Molsey Dr Emir Salem is quite marvellous. He explained everything, & I ask many questions. I cannot recommend him enough. I also appreciate the niceness of the receptionist's who are delightful & helpful. They too make my visits a pleasure & I come away after treatment with PERFECT TEETH. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Although I had extractions followed by dentures, every step was explained to me and was relatively pain free ( thankful for the injections ) I have complete confidence in Galya As she put.right some unfortunate dentistry that had happened before. I don't fear dentistry any more thanks to the wonderful team at My Dentist

I called the surgery in agony knowing from previous conversations that an extraction was going to be necessary the lovely lady on reception accommodated me for a same day appointment. Not only was she professional, reassuring and so very kind. I can’t remember her name as I was in so much pain but thank you. I saw Sati and she was gentle, quick and reassuring - everything she said was right. She was also clear in letting me know cost and expectations before the procedure which I appreciate. Thank you so much.
