A very pleasant atmosphere from the day I phoned the receptionist until I had my treatment Like most people I do not like going to the e dentist’s but Mrs A Patel has a lovely calm way about her which in turn puts me in a nice relaxed feeling cannot ask for any more than that of a dentist hense the 5 star rating. Thank you all at Bridge Street Dental.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Jonathan was very thorough as usual (an excellent dentist) and it was lovely to have June back who is our favourite hygienist.

Brilliant service as ever from the reception to time you leave. Not that I enjoy having any work done but Johnathan is true professional, takes times and makes you feel at ease, thus why even though after moving and it is 100 mile round trip don’t want to change

My son Edward is autistic and very nervous of visiting the dentist or doctors. Both Jonathan and June went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and were helpful in changing their ways of working, Jonathan checking Eds teeth whilst in June's chair, or standing up, whichever he preferred at the time. Great service, I have been going here for some years and always been very well looked after. I broke a tooth recently and was fitted in as an emergency very quickly. Treatment options were clearly explained and after selecting the option I preferred the treatment was given there and then. Very grateful to Gavin and his team!

I had my first appointment with Mr Martin Wannenburg today, it was a very pleasant experience. Martin is an exceptional dentist and very sensitive and gentle. Haley the dental nurse is also very good and exceedingly pleasant.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Ziad Ali for 10 years now - always ultra-professional, but also a lovely friendly person who puts you at ease - I always look forward to seeing him. Perfect if you’re a nervous patient. Only suggests dental work that is necessary. Always innovating his practice and technically fantastic - he’s done some Bioclear for me which was done to a much better standard than a specialist practice I had had to previously use. And he also did the most fantastic Invisalign work for me on some very crooked teeth - I think he’s the most fantastic Invisalign practitioner. So, highly recommend in short! All the staff at Notley are lovely. Also need to recommend Hygienist Idalina Silva, particularly if you have children who are anxious or neurodiverse. Idalina dealt with my son brilliantly yesterday - he came in extremely anxious but left happy and enthusiastic about seeing her the next time, and with lots of advice for looking after his teeth which was pitched at just the right level for him. Very impressed. She’s also my hygienist and is equally fantastic with adults. Thanks Notley for looking after us for so long! Lucy

As a very long standing patient at Notley Dental Care, I can wholeheartedly recommend their services. What is really noticeable and very much appreciated when having to consider options for treatment, is that they are clearly laid out, with no sense of being encouraged down a particular pathway. Most recently I have seen Dr Ali and his care and consideration and recommendations have been invaluable. I trust his judgement and am grateful to have such an excellent dental practice close to home.

I have been with Stella since I was 16 which is now 27 years! And I have always had excellent treatment both from Stella and the nurses, the practice is always clean and tidy to a high standard, and has what I call the "clinical dental smell" The only time I may change dentists is when Stella retires!!.

I've only just become a patient due to my long term dentist retiring and received a lovely welcome from the staff. I then developed a problem which was very painful. I was given priority and prescribed antibiotics which soon alleviated the problem with a further appointment the following week. All this but also such kindness and understanding.

I needed a Crown and found the whole process friendly, easy going and pain free. Dr Abhishek Kabra performed the task with ease, a well prepared treatment plan scheduled in advance. This is my regular dentist and every member of staff give a friendly and warm welcome every time. Thank you for the stress free treatment.

As ever I had an emergency appointment very quickly with Victoria who removed the affected tooth smoothly and efficiently. She is amazing and the other staff at the practice are excellent.

I cannot rate this dentist more highly and I've been to several. Ragou is amazing. My front tooth fell out. The very day after he made something temporary for me and a week later I have a beautiful new tooth. The whole team are polite, welcoming, helpful and absolutely fantastic. Can't even put in to words how wonderful all the staff are here, caring whilst showing such compassion. Most people hate the thought of dentists, but after a dry socket and another appointment with John, I had another `wobbly fainting experience` after and the nurses who stayed with me after both appointments were nothing short of lovely. I can't recommened Ramsey Dental Surgery enough.

I tried for weeks via NHS and every dentist in Sleaford, nothing. These guys saw me - as an emergency - about an hour after I'd called. Just under and hour later I'd had two infected teeth removed and was walking out. The entire process was so friendly and reassuring, it made me regret not going sooner. Everyone at this practise is very accomodating and friendly.

The best clinic I've been to, I came to the emergency room because I had a terrible pain, I went to another clinic and the doctor there told me I had an infection, I took antibiotics for three days and the pain was the same, then I went here and Dr. Jan Visse, an exceptional doctor and the nurse an exceptional lady told me directly without any kind of X-ray, he just looked a little and told me what the problem was, I recommend it with the highest confidence if you want to have the best verdict and a treatment as it should be, go with the greatest confidence Thank you so so much 🙏🙏🙏

First visit today for emergency tooth removal. I am very nervous of dentists to the point I cry and hyperventilate before I've even sat in a chair. Receptionist managed to get me in within 24 hrs and she was very helpful and friendly. I can honestly say the treatment received was absolutely amazing. They were very professional and put me at ease and removed my tooth with no pain. Cannot recommend them enough and I am actually looking forward to going back as a regular for dentistry, which is something I never thought I would ever say!
