Can't even put in to words how wonderful all the staff are here, caring whilst showing such compassion. Most people hate the thought of dentists, but after a dry socket and another appointment with John, I had another `wobbly fainting experience` after and the nurses who stayed with me after both appointments were nothing short of lovely. I can't recommened Ramsey Dental Surgery enough.

I have been registered at this dental practice for over 30 years. The skilled and dedicated staff do all they can to provide a professional and caring service. The practice has always ‘moved with the times’ and has remained at the forefront of the profession through consistent provision of high quality, modern facilities and the full range of ‘cutting edge’ dental procedures.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Ziad Ali for 10 years now - always ultra-professional, but also a lovely friendly person who puts you at ease - I always look forward to seeing him. Perfect if you’re a nervous patient. Only suggests dental work that is necessary. Always innovating his practice and technically fantastic - he’s done some Bioclear for me which was done to a much better standard than a specialist practice I had had to previously use. And he also did the most fantastic Invisalign work for me on some very crooked teeth - I think he’s the most fantastic Invisalign practitioner. So, highly recommend in short! All the staff at Notley are lovely. Also need to recommend Hygienist Idalina Silva, particularly if you have children who are anxious or neurodiverse. Idalina dealt with my son brilliantly yesterday - he came in extremely anxious but left happy and enthusiastic about seeing her the next time, and with lots of advice for looking after his teeth which was pitched at just the right level for him. Very impressed. She’s also my hygienist and is equally fantastic with adults. Thanks Notley for looking after us for so long! Lucy

As a very long standing patient at Notley Dental Care, I can wholeheartedly recommend their services. What is really noticeable and very much appreciated when having to consider options for treatment, is that they are clearly laid out, with no sense of being encouraged down a particular pathway. Most recently I have seen Dr Ali and his care and consideration and recommendations have been invaluable. I trust his judgement and am grateful to have such an excellent dental practice close to home.

I have been with Stella since I was 16 which is now 27 years! And I have always had excellent treatment both from Stella and the nurses, the practice is always clean and tidy to a high standard, and has what I call the "clinical dental smell" The only time I may change dentists is when Stella retires!!.

I've only just become a patient due to my long term dentist retiring and received a lovely welcome from the staff. I then developed a problem which was very painful. I was given priority and prescribed antibiotics which soon alleviated the problem with a further appointment the following week. All this but also such kindness and understanding.

Was referred here to have a tooth taken out. From start to finish, they have been fantastic. I arrived this morning for my appointment, feeling nervous as always at the dentist. But I was made to feel calm and relaxed straight away. Everything was explained thoroughly throughout the process. Dental nurse was so lovely and chatty which helped keep me calm. I was referred to Bupa Dental Care for the extraction of my two lower impacted wisdom teeth. To say I was nervous, is an understatement. However, Dr Anas Nashawi was very patient and reassuring - explained the procedure and I went ahead, even returning for the 2nd wisdom tooth removal which is a testament to how well I was looked after during the first procedure. The nurses I had during my two visits were brilliant, reassuring and talked me through as the procedure was carried out. Recovery was uncomfortable, to be expected - I found the after care information very helpful. I can't thank the staff enough for their patience, reassurance & professionalism.

Great service, friendly staff. Not a lot you can say about a Wisdom tooth extraction, no pain at the time but face came up like a balloon, and I had a bruise from my ear to my throat. Not a pleasant experience but all in all everything was very professional, nurse was very comforting and the surgeon was quick and sewing was very neat, apparently!!

I was referred here for a wisdom tooth extraction which I expected to be tricky to remove. My dental surgeon and nurse were both very professional and able to keep me calm and explained the whole procedure thoroughly. I was surprised at how quick it was done and was so pleased with their care. The ladies on the phone when booking were extremely pleasant and caring too, so my thanks go to the whole team.

Newly registered at Rose Cottage. My first appointment with Mr Mantle was great. He was thorough and discussed a dental plan with me. I’ve now had the recommended treatment which was carried out professionally and promptly. I have found Mr Mantle and all the team friendly and kind. I’m extremely anxious attending the dentist but they’ve all made me feel completely relaxed. I would highly recommend the practice and have already recommended it to my family.

I’ve been a patient for years and find all the practice to be polite, friendly and efficient. They seem to go above and beyond to provide great dental health care and are especially good with children.

Suffered a badly broken front tooth but reception, those heroes on the front desk, were able to get me a next day appointment, very efficient. I was convinced an extraction would be necessary but Vlad was able to build the tooth back up again. It was amazing work and I was so grateful. Added to that the cost was far less than I expected. You'll never get better than this !

First visit today for emergency tooth removal. I am very nervous of dentists to the point I cry and hyperventilate before I've even sat in a chair. Receptionist managed to get me in within 24 hrs and she was very helpful and friendly. I can honestly say the treatment received was absolutely amazing. They were very professional and put me at ease and removed my tooth with no pain. Cannot recommend them enough and I am actually looking forward to going back as a regular for dentistry, which is something I never thought I would ever say!

The best clinic I've been to, I came to the emergency room because I had a terrible pain, I went to another clinic and the doctor there told me I had an infection, I took antibiotics for three days and the pain was the same, then I went here and Dr. Jan Visse, an exceptional doctor and the nurse an exceptional lady told me directly without any kind of X-ray, he just looked a little and told me what the problem was, I recommend it with the highest confidence if you want to have the best verdict and a treatment as it should be, go with the greatest confidence Thank you so so much 🙏🙏🙏

I tried for weeks via NHS and every dentist in Sleaford, nothing. These guys saw me - as an emergency - about an hour after I'd called. Just under and hour later I'd had two infected teeth removed and was walking out. The entire process was so friendly and reassuring, it made me regret not going sooner. Everyone at this practise is very accomodating and friendly.

Good environment, bright, clean and well maintained building, nice people and good service. Well equipped surgery and the people inspire you with confidence that they know what they are doing. I have been going to this dentist for over 50 years and would not want to go anywhere else.

Brilliant service as ever from the reception to time you leave. Not that I enjoy having any work done but Johnathan is true professional, takes times and makes you feel at ease, thus why even though after moving and it is 100 mile round trip don’t want to change

My son Edward is autistic and very nervous of visiting the dentist or doctors. Both Jonathan and June went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and were helpful in changing their ways of working, Jonathan checking Eds teeth whilst in June's chair, or standing up, whichever he preferred at the time. A very pleasant atmosphere from the day I phoned the receptionist until I had my treatment Like most people I do not like going to the e dentist’s but Mrs A Patel has a lovely calm way about her which in turn puts me in a nice relaxed feeling cannot ask for any more than that of a dentist hense the 5 star rating.
