Messaged Mark on a Sunday evening after discovering a wasps nest in my houses wall cavity. He responded to me very quickly and set to come round the following day. The nest was quickly dealt with amazing results. I would would highly recommend him to anyone looking for pest control in Guildford.

Mark was amazing called him and he managed to come next day to inspect the problem. I have rats that are coming from the joining house. He inspected the house fully and discussed with me all the options and what can be done now and in future. As well gave me amazing advices. Will definitely recommend and call again.

Absolutely outstanding service from ringing up and speaking to a lovely lady who dealt with this promptly and was so helpful she was able to get Damien here within an hour of myself ringing up! Discrete van and he was extremely polite and informed me of what we was needed to deal with the pest issue. He was so reassuring and guaranteed the work. Superb Company- Having made contact with the office - Damien (Pest Controller) was on site that afternoon as promised. “Suffering” - from a sudden rat infestation in my garage- he explained what was needed in a very professional manner and with his knowledge and experience - orchestrated a way to clear the area. I was delighted that literally within days - there was no longer any sign of rats - and since his initial visit - none have returned. I should also add that following his first visit - Damien returned on two later occasions simply to check on the area - without my request for him to do so. I would highly recommend the services of this company and staff.

I rang up today , as myself and my husband came across a wasp nest in our shed. And I spoke with a very nice polite lady, and explained what we had come across. She sent Trevor out to deal with it and he was a very nice polite chap. We was completely impressed with their professionalism. We highly recommend this business. First time we've used this company and we were very impressed. Rang one afternoon and Ryan turned up right on time the next day. After making a few suggestions on how to avoid wasp nests he dealt with our issue and within an hour the problem had gone.

Jason came out at short notice to investigate a potential wasp nest in our attic. Really knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He was here for around 15-20 minutes but wouldn’t accept payment because there was no removal required. Highly recommended and he’s now our “go to” pest control expert.

Jason has helped us out twice now, first when we had a squirrel nest in our attic and secondly when a fox was digging up our lawn. Both times he responded quickly and was able to visit really quickly, a really knowledgeable and nice guy - thoroughly recommend!

Rang Luke and had rapid response, explained that I found a wasp nest & he went through different processes on the phone including price, explained if & buts & the service he would provide prior. Literally arrived within the hour of the phone call, assessed the property & the nest, then explained in impeccable detail of how the wasps make nests and what they do, explained the treatment and removal process & got too it! Was able to completely remove the nest & remove the debris safely. Very very impressed with this service would 100% recommended & 100% use again

I had a wasp issue in my walls. These guys were great. Very friendly, explained what they would be doing, and any costs involved. They were running late, but called to update me. When they arrived, they got straight to work, and got rid of the wasps immediately. I would definitely use them again.

I had an issue with a Mole in my garden and whilst I tried to catch the mole myself I had no joy. I brought in Ronin Pest Control and within a week he had traded and removed the issue. The service provided was excellent and efficient and would recommend the services provided by Ronin

Paul came to my propertie for 2 separate problems the first was rats that are now no more. The second was a mole that was unfortunatly digging under my koi pond. Again this problem was solved in under 48hours the mole was sent packing. On both occasions Paul was fast to respond, extremely proffesional, humane and overall very friendly. Came out to assess our situation without charge. Gave honest advice including that the issue might be nothing at all. Turns out he was right. Friendly guy, polite and respectful enough to bring slippers for internal walk around. A+
