First contact in 2018 to remove a wasp nest, Tim made time in a busy schedule to help (I react badly to wasp stings), we have had a contract ever since. Elle replied to my email regarding a wasp nest promptly, providing me with the cost of the work. She was able to send someone the next day. Todd arrived the next day and was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He treated the nest externally and it only took about ten minutes. Afterward he took the time to explain what would happen next and answered our questions. I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

We rang SAS Pest Control at 5pm and they arrived at 11.00 the following morning to destroy a wasps nest inside our chimney. Not an easy job, the nest was very quickly and efficiently dealt with. Fast and friendly service.

I had reason to call on North Downs Pest Control recently owing to squirrel movement in the loft. Paul was able to attend the same day & set a trap. The evening before we were due to host an important family event, we found a deer corpse had been left on our boundary by Humane Dispatch. Having received no luck with the authorities, we looked for assistance online and found HW. John came out without complaint on a Friday night and removed the carcass for us. John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material. We had a wasps nest that was causing some issues, I had been stung a couple of times, and wasps were entering our neighbours property. Steve was able to come out in about an hour from me first calling, got straight in there and sorted out. He was also able to remove the nest, and even took the time to show it to us, and gave a little talk on wasps, their nests and how they work. Great job, and a lovely chap - thank you very much!

Brilliant service. Called with a wasps nest very close to back patio doors. Responded immediately and arrived as agreed (to suit me) within 2hrs of the call. Hornets started to hatch out through a wall into my study. Steve came round in half an hour and did a thorough, professional job of removing the swarm and ensuring that they would not come back. Truly excellent service.

We used PGH Pest Control to deal with a rodent infestation in our loft. They did a comprehensive review of the property and provided a detailed report. The work involved elimination of the rodents, emptying the loft, removing the old insulation and replacing this after having decontaminated the space. They also detected some woodworm, which they also treated. They repaired parts of the roof and put a one way sleeve in the drain, both of which were measures to prevent further infestation. The work was expertly and professionally led by André. Certificates were provided to show the work had been completed. I would definitely recommend PGH for its end to end process

We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice! Excellent service. Thank you very much.

I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately for us we have a very old house where wasp nests love to live with us. Not alone did he take time to show where the wasp nests are , their size but explains what product is been used and how it will affect the wasps and what we have to do and look out for over the next few days. He was professional and kept his distance at all times, very respectful and excellent value for money. Due to weather conditions he had to cancel Saturday but came out on Sunday, what a fantastic service. Keep up the excellent work.

After being let down by other "experts" was a joy to meet and chat with Grant. He then set to work as the moles had really made a mess of my lawns. 5 days later - all clear. Good to see real experts and nice people..will use again..

Grant is an absolute superstar. For over two years I have had to battle rats in abundance in my attic and walls. The house is a 17th century cottage and near to two duck ponds. For over 50 years the rats have made the attics their home. Grant doesn’t just come and repeatedly put poison down- he finds where the rats are getting in. He worked with me and my adjoining neighbour and gave such great advice on where the holes were and how to fill them. He understands these highly intelligent creatures and after two years of utter hell I have been able to finally have some peace and quiet from the dreadful invaders. And this is all thanks to Grant! An absolute godsend and gentleman. I would not recommend anyone else for help with pests but him! You won’t regret it. And what he charges for his time is beyond reasonable!
