I can't recommend Ben enough. I needed my house treated after an unfortunate moth infestation. I had to reschedule the appointment that I had with Ben, even though he had traveled out to the property. He was very understanding and rescheduled without a problem. Ben went above and beyond when treating the house, spraying up in the loft and also on the patio by the back door, as he noticed a lot of ants, so thank you!

Could not recommend Ben enough. He absolutely SAVED us and our flat. I’d previously booked with another company which were absolutely awful and cancelled on me twice with less than 24 hours notice and had awful customer service. I came across Bens website and THANK GOD I did. I rang him and explained the situation and he fit us in within 2 days and arrived on time with absolutely no fuss. He explained his process and was very honest and personable. DO NOT go down the route of a “big company” or “chain brand” - Go with Ben’s Pest Solutions. 10/10 ⭐️

What a SUPERB service! I called Ben yesterday after 5pm and he turned up today. He came with his gear including ladder and was done and dusted with in 30 mins. His is sure the wasps nest has been exterminated, but would return if it needed a second visit. Very personable guy, ultra professional and incredibly knowledge about the nest! A+++++

Had two wasps nest rapidly growing-one in a hard to reach very high area under fascias. MPC came out and sorted both nests quickly and efficiently. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable,will definitely be using again!

Ryan has been so helpful, polite & efficient. We had a mice issue in our attic and some wasps nests. He has dealt with the problem & even spotted where the mice are getting in & has blocked it for us which is very reassuring! He takes time to explain things which is appreciated. We won't hesitate to call him again if we have an issue.

Cannot recommend enough! After seeing rodent dropping in the attic I called Kevin over for a visit. He was able to come the same day, and gave me full details of any rodent activity in the attic. (Dead wood lice, an old wasps nest and very old rat droppings!) Fantastic news, we didn’t need any rodent treatment, but were able to be at ease. He didn’t take the opportunity to add any unnecessary work and very reasonably priced for the knowledge and work. He also took the opportunity to a quick check in the kitchen for me. 10/10

I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble

Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

Tom was really speedy in getting back to me and managed to find time for a visit despite the busy time of year! He was friendly and knowledgeable. Tom came around within 20 minutes of my call to remove a wasp nest in one of my garden bushes. This was very appreciated as the nest was low to the ground and near where my dogs sit. He made sure to remove all the branches to avoid the wasps coming back and took them and the nest away with him. The work is also guaranteed so they will return free of charge if the wasps come back in the same place (fingers crossed this isn't needed). I learned some things about wasps I didn't know, and Tom also thought to save the flowers from the bush which are now in a vase which was a thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend.

Ciaran has been brilliant. From the moment of contact to getting booked in for him to come around was super quick. We unfortunately had a rodent issue and as part of the service you get 3 visits. Ciaran was successful in sorting this issue out after he had been for the first visit (we couldn’t hear any more scurrying around in the ceilings), the second visit is a week after and the rodent was found caught in the trap, the third visit is to make sure that there were still no more signs and all had been resolved. Which thankfully it has! I would highly recommend Ciaran as you genuinely get the best service.

Amazing! Top 5 customer service of all the companies I've ever used! Just flawless. I find when all the reviews are 5 stars, it's a bit suspicious as my old letting agency asked me to put a 5 * review, so I usually put 4 *, however, I am putting 5* for Integrum. Polite customer service from the start, Janine and Lorraine replied to my emails really quickly and I never had to chase them. The technician Jack called when he couldn't find the parking, but he was also really polite, friendly and patient. Reports sent on time and without asking and very reasonable price for 3 treatments. I always mention constructive feedback, but they didn't do anything wrong. I would highly recommend!

Great Service. I had protectapet tension fitted enclosure installed on a balcony. The team showed up promptly, were very polite and respectful of the property and me. They were very methodical, tidy and disciplined in their work and discussed the installation prior to starting. I was impressed with the installation which was nice and straight, the netting taught, and cable ties evenly spaced and clipped. It was a pleasure to have such a professional experience throughout. Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.
