After a month of frantic worry and sleepless nights I've finally got peace of mind. When Ross got involved, we finally quickly got to the bottom of my "pest". What was very important was his understanding of how you feel when this happens to you. You feel invaded, dirty, ashamed and unsafe in your own home; you are paranoid and you have dozens of questions, ifs and buts, which he tirelessly and patiently is happy to discuss and he never makes you feel you're a nuisance.

He was actually able to get over by the next morning, and dealt with the problem in no time. I haven’t seen any sign of mice in months, and am able to sleep comfortably in my home once again.
