A professional and rapid response. Turned up exactly on time and was able to deal with a wasp nest in an awkward location. Worth paying for someone who knows what they are doing and has the correct gear to do the job safely.

Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I had reason to call on North Downs Pest Control recently owing to squirrel movement in the loft. Paul was able to attend the same day & set a trap. He returned two days later to find the squirrel had been successfully trapped. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul's efficient & reliable service.

Cannot recommend enough! After seeing rodent dropping in the attic I called Kevin over for a visit. He was able to come the same day, and gave me full details of any rodent activity in the attic. (Dead wood lice, an old wasps nest and very old rat droppings!) Fantastic news, we didn’t need any rodent treatment, but were able to be at ease. He didn’t take the opportunity to add any unnecessary work and very reasonably priced for the knowledge and work. He also took the opportunity to a quick check in the kitchen for me. 10/10

I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.
