Called Richard regarding a wasps nest found in the loft. We arranged a time for him to come. He was on time and extremely polite upon arrival. He explained everything he was going to do. Richard is extremely knowledgeable describing how the nests are created. He was very aware I had young children in the house and made sure we kept doors shut and explained if they are stung to seek medical attention straight away as they had not been stung before. The service Richard provided was top notch. I would highly recommend him.

What a gentleman Rick is . He was very quick to respond to our enquiry and not pushy about getting the job . We thought we only had one nest under our eves but Rick kindly inspected the whole house and found two more which he also treated. A fascinating experience to watch the wasps emerging . Dean was great. Very friendly and efficient. Had some issues with a previous company before but none with these guys. Dean spent more time on one room of our flat than the other company did on the whole house! Didn't have to chase them to come back and feel way more confident of the procedure than before

I'd like to express my gratitude to Luke for his role in solving our rat problem. Also his understanding on how much of a headache it can be to solve this problem. All the advise he gave helped us find where the rats were gaining entry into our property. Unfortunately for us it was a drainage issue. Luke recommended a drain surveyor and we discovered two redundant pipes that weren't fully sealed. We got those sealed off and have been clear ever since. EXCELLENT SERVICE: Tony came to my student accommodation a couple days ago to assess and treat a bedbug infestation. He arrived within a day of our first phone call. He then wrote a detailed, professional and thorough report which was hugely important as I was dealing with a difficult landlord. Tony is a true expert in his field. Providing advice and information both on how to deal with an infestation AND the responsibilities of a landlord. Dealing with an infestation can be a hugely distressing time; Tony provides a friendly and knowledgeable service in an area that most of us never want to deal with! I would think it would be hard to find a more reliable & professional company. My son had a bed bug infestation when he moved into his uni accommodation.
