Jason came out at short notice to investigate a potential wasp nest in our attic. Really knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He was here for around 15-20 minutes but wouldn’t accept payment because there was no removal required. Highly recommended and he’s now our “go to” pest control expert.

Jason has helped us out twice now, first when we had a squirrel nest in our attic and secondly when a fox was digging up our lawn. Both times he responded quickly and was able to visit really quickly, a really knowledgeable and nice guy - thoroughly recommend!

We rang SAS Pest Control at 5pm and they arrived at 11.00 the following morning to destroy a wasps nest inside our chimney. Not an easy job, the nest was very quickly and efficiently dealt with. Fast and friendly service.

Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

We used the pest company as we had a Mole which was ruining our garden with multiple mole hills. Elliott came round very quickly and left traps under ground, then covered them up so they were not dangerous to children/pets. After a couple of days he returned and had captured the Mole. Excellent quick service and resolved the problem. Would highly recommend.

Elliot came to our home the same day i called to tell him about a particularly nasty wasps nest we had on our garage. He came, gave me some background information, explained the procedure and got right to work. 24hours later, all wasps have gone. Job done. Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice! We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. We used PGH Pest Control to deal with a rodent infestation in our loft. They did a comprehensive review of the property and provided a detailed report. The work involved elimination of the rodents, emptying the loft, removing the old insulation and replacing this after having decontaminated the space. They also detected some woodworm, which they also treated. They repaired parts of the roof and put a one way sleeve in the drain, both of which were measures to prevent further infestation. The work was expertly and professionally led by André. Certificates were provided to show the work had been completed. I would definitely recommend PGH for its end to end process
