I would definitely recommend Astral for roofing and guttering work. I had multiple urgent problems with the roof of my house and James and his team responded quickly and within two days the work was completed. I was given several options for how to proceed and I was kept informed of progress with photos and videos which was very reassuring. The entire team were excellent throughout.

James and his team came and did some repair work on our roof - we are very pleased with his work. We had recently moved in and were keen to get this done quickly which James was able to accommodate. The team were nice guys and always cleaned up at the end of each day. When they found more damage than expected, James showed us, was open and honest, explained his concerns and gave us a couple of options to proceed. James was great at communicating with us from the start. We would definitely use them again!

Wayne and team did an excellent job replacing the flat roof over our conservatory. Good workmanship, high attention to details. Not only corrected the issues that the original builders created, but went above and beyond to fix some issues that they spotted without additional charge. We had a leak in our roof on the top floor loft, and it was clear that the previous work done on the roof was very poor. Thankfully, we found wayne and his amazing team, recommended by several neighbors on our street. They were able to set up scaffolding within 24 hours from my call to them, and in just two days, they completely removed the old roof and installed a new one. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they were kind and helpful throughout the entire process, answering all our questions patiently. We called in Tony and his team when cracks in various places in the exterior rendering of our house began to let in water when it rained. This was a big job requiring scaffolding around the whole house. However, the team, who were all courteous and personable did a great job in keeping disruption to a minimum and leaving the site tidy. This despite having to work around significant weather disruption. Quality of the workmanship was excellent. Leaks seem to be fixed, and house looks great. Very happy to recommend Tony and his guys.

I’ve had Tony over a couple of times to repair a gutter, clean them out, add a downpipe and replace some tiles. - Gutter corner with problematic brackets under exposed rafters - was overflowing - section replaced. - Downpipe added to better distribute rainfall, care taken with half hung tiles. - Slipped, broken tiles replaced inc cutting for awkward shapes. - Gutters cleared. My experience is that Tony will absolutely do a proper repair, no cutting corners and an all-round solid job. Clearly very experienced, pragmatic, quick and goes above and beyond. Very happy with the workmanship and would recommend for guttering, gutter cleaning, roof tiles and other related works.

I was delighted with the prompt and professional service received at a fair price. I also had some of the sandstone wall of my property re-grouted. The work was done in very good time and as described in our consultation. There was very little mess and the people involved were very personable. I will not hesitate to contact Tony again whenever I need work done on my house. I asked Tony to replace a broken chimney pot I had noticed by chance, and it was discovered that it had crashed onto the roof. Tony's team replaced and repaired the chimney pot and roof in a couple of days. I no longer have to worry about winter storms damaging my house.

Tony's roofing came recommended by a neighbour when, after a large storm, water was leaking into my first floor office. I'm very happy with the work and my interactions with Tony. The job was done quickly and with high quality materials and workmanship -- which I'm very picky about. Thomas Collins was absolutely top class. Speedy, high quality work, polite, personable, but even more importantly immensely proactive especially at letting me know where things had gotten to, progress, explaining stuff so my wife and I were never in the dark about work. After trying to contact three companies for a quote, Tom came out on the same day and quotes a price and was prepared to fix it there and then. Chris came to our house on Friday to drill two 100mm diameter holes through aluminium fascias, installed recently by Chris and Alex, and timber beams for extractor fan vents. He advised me politely that the location of the vents, proposed and marked by me, were unsuitable. New and better locations were agreed quickly. Chris drilled the first hole with little difficulty but encountered a problem while drilling the second hole. The deployment of Roles's 'search calmly and find a solution capability' ensured the hole was completed successfully. I am grateful for Chris's help.

Graeme did an amazing job of using top quality re felt on our flat garage roof, heat-sealing it against the elements on 25 October 2013. It looks as new to this day 4 March 2021! Jack and his team really helped me out with some urgent work- I contacted him on Monday and within four days he came to give a quote and some great expert advice and came quickly to fix the problem. He also spotted a few quick but urgent repairs and gave a really fair price for the whole lot. All done in one morning. Seriously impressed and grateful. Very quick efficient and tidy.
