Dougie and his crew replaced three flat roofs and upgraded two stairwells by replacing existing felt with tiles on my shop in Redhill. They also did gutters and facias. They were all lovely lads, good fun to have around the place for five weeks. They did a fantastic job with no disruption to the business. He's even offered to come back a couple of times a year to check it over and clear the gutters. Dougie is passionate about his work and completes it to the highest standard. He and his team are incredibly good at what they do and I wouldn't hesitate to get 43 to work on any property of mine.

This was the first time I had used Phipps Roofing, I just looked on google maps for a local roofing company. You never quite know what you'll get, but, they were brilliant! Professional, genuine, friendly, modern and experienced. We had already installed an extractor fan in our bathroom, it needed to go up into the loft and out through the tiles above. They have a 'can do' approach and sent one of the team over that week. I had a tile outlet kit already, but they advised me it was for a different type of tile, without fuss they organised the correct one for the job and brought it with them. From outside it blends into the other tiles so well, you can't really see it. Perfect. It's good to know, there are still great companies out there who pride themselves in their work and customer service at a good price. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The work was carried out to a high standard and the team were always very respectful in and around the house. Eamon was informative throughout and prompt in returning for any snagging works required. They are specilaists in their trade especially with regards to the high quality of lead work carried out to our dormer and chimneys. Stuart was immediately helpful on the phone and managed to get a call back from him on time to arrange a date to check a roof leak. He immediately got straight to the point and said the cause for it and what needs to be done. Gave a very good and cheap price at the start. Even managed to show us his work and how he is going to do it. Even though my parents spoke little english, he was still friendly and chatty with them. Would definitely recommend him for anyone that needs any doing on the roof.

Excellent repair work done by Stu on our flat roof and main roof. He photographed everything and when quoting Stu talked me through the problem and how to repair it with photos too which was so helpful to understand what was going on. He even popped back to replace a cracked tile at no extra charge.

Stuart helped me out with a leaking roof. Everything done to a high standard and no more leak. I had a chancer quote over double and luckily found Stuart. recommended ! Leaking from broken tile under the flashing, new flashing / replaced tile, mortar mix replaced and channel fibreglassed / redirected drain pipe from flat roof. Appreciated !

I’ve been a customer of Greg (previously Ray) for over 20 years. Previously done new soffits/gutters and porch on our properties in Carshalton and Sutton (one of our rental properties) What diamond service this week, our tenant in Sutton had reported mould and damp in the porch and bedroom. Greg visited the property for us and inspected what we originally thought was a leaking roof or drain. It turned out to be lack of ventilation, thanks to him taking the time out of his day to do this at no charge to us. Can’t fault his business acumen, credit to his trade!

I would recommend this company. I Called them just before Christmas so you can imagine how busy everything was. But they made time for me and did a fantastic job on my roof. Gary Williams has been helpful to us on two occasions and we are completely satisfied with his work. There was a minor repair to a roof, which he carried out quickly and efficiently. Then we needed a roof gulley to be stripped and relaid which he and his assistant did thoroughly and effectively. When he needed to reschedule our job because of a long spell of bad weather, he and his wife consulted us, kept us informed, and were helpful about finding a new date. I've found Williams Roofing Ltd to be a very courteous and pleasant firm as well as effective at their trade.
