He also discovered a couple of other issues whilst replacing the tiles and felt, which he brought to our attention, with photos to show the damage and we approved additional work whilst he was on site, saving future work and access costs. He managed the whole project which was a new roof for myself and my neighbour - from overseeing the scaffolding company to the delivery of materials, and the team. He was always on hand. So pleased I went with The Surrey Roofing Co. Everything was explained clearly and a quote provided the same day which was a fair price. Organising the scaffolding was with the minimum of fuss, and the job carried out exactly as required. The was an additional small piece of work to the ridge tiles and this was covered for a small cost. The property was left clean and tidy. Michael and Dan are by far the nicest, most professional tradesmen I have had the pleasure of contracting. They have done 3 separate large jobs for me and their work is great. Most recently they installed a skylight in our kitchen extension and refelted the flat roof. Dan and his team worked super hard to get the decorating of my house looking great. We had lots of challenging bits such a new exposed timber ceiling that needed lot of work and also many cracks, chips and uneven surfaces that were made to look good as new. Mark and Darren did a range of roofing work for us after moving house (new fascias/soffits/guttering/downpipe, porch roof, weatherproofing work on chimneys).
