I recently had a very old boiler replaced and used Danny as he came to quote and seemed knowledgeable and down to earth. He worked so hard for 3 full days to get it all done. It's an old house and I had to have a new hot water cylinder and system boiler. But lots of pipework to be adjusted. He's old school and makes sure his work is done properly and going forward I'd use him for future boiler servicing. He's also always available for any questions or queries you may have. They worked really hard, staying late when needed, and they kept things tidy; they were nice to have around, because they communicated clearly and considerately in a timely fashion, with a smile and, where appropriate, a laugh; and, so far as I’m qualified to judge, they have done an excellent, tidy job. I would certainly use TD Property Maintenance again and am glad to recommend them.

I had an issue with my thermostat that escalated into a major boiler problem, likely caused by the incompetence of previous plumbers. Thankfully, I contacted Tim, who promptly took over from the old plumbing company. He quickly analyzed the issue and identified the root cause of the problem. Tim also assisted me in obtaining a replacement for my boiler under warranty. If you want to avoid my same mistakes, I highly recommend seeking the expertise of true professionals like Tim.

TDPM installed a mega flow, relocated a boiler, and installed all pipe work throughout the house to new bathrooms. They took great care in identifying and removing redundant pipe work dating back to the 60’s. They were excellent at project managing the implementation, and the on site team were fantastic. Although the house was like a building site, they worked really hard to get us back up and running and were a pleasure to have around. Highly highly recommend.

Tom was excellent. A very clear communicator and stuck to the price agreed. He worked efficiently installing our bathroom, new heating system, water softener and 10 radiators in a matter of weeks. We were really impressed and would high recommend his services!

Tomas stripped out our old bathroom and replaced it with a completely new suite including flooring, ceiling, tiling and plastering . Our good old boiler finally broke down earlier this month. Andi came on the same day, listened to our thoughts about new boiler and helped us to make an informed decision. He and his colleague completed the removal of old boiler and installation of the new one in one day and even helped us to fix one other unrelated thing on the same day. Sorted out the warranty, installed new carbon dioxide alarm that we bought separately from B&Q (old one expired). Good service, friendly, polite, flexible to listen, discuss options and suggest solutions, well organised and cleaned up upon completion of the job. Costwise, not cheap but definitely reasonable by London standards (based on Which? and other information googled). We paid upfront for the boiler and then for installation upon completion. Bottomline: happy with the service and happy to recommend.

This is the second time I’ve used Riverside Property Services & Construction, the first time was nearly 10 years ago for the same reason. Alex is always professional, courteous and efficient. He came to fit a new pump to a newly installed bath and noticed that the bath had not been fitted correctly and was leaking. He provided recommendations and was able to both fit the pump and fix the leak. This saved me a lot of time, money, and grief in the long run. He did all this whilst having to deal with my overbearing tenant hanging over his shoulder. Great job Alex, highly recommended!

Alex is the best plumber I have ever worked with. He is forthcoming about what the work will be each time he sets foot on the property. He always does what he says he is going to do. He offers helpful suggestions for making the situation better. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He is prompt and easy to talk to.

Riverside have just finished a project on our flat. It required a complete strip-down (to the brick) of all rooms, bathroom, toilet, plumbing, electricity, etc. Effectively they were rebuilding everything but the kitchen from scratch. Alex was very thorough starting from understanding our needs, budgets, advising courteously when we were unsure. Once the quote and timings were agreed, Alex and his team worked well within the agreed schedule and often completed stages ahead of time. His subcontractors were at the same high level as Alex's team, and we continued to use some of them afterwards for other jobs. The other great thing was the attention that Alex and his team put into protecting the common areas and being considerate towards neighbours. We are very happy with the work Riverside did for us and how our flat came together. Importantly, it was great to have someone like Alex managing the project - reliably, to budget, and always with positive attitude. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had water hammer issue when we used washing machine. Sebatian came to fit a water hammer arrester today. No more banging sound in the pipes after that. And the charge is reasonable. Sebastian is cheery, polite and professional. Pristine Plumbing is my neighbour's go to plumber. It may be my go to from now.

Derek came to do our annual central heating service, to fit a new magnetic filter and fix an overflowing toilet cistern. He completed all these tasks efficiently and tidily and also fitted a new valve as part of fixing the water heating control. He has also been very helpful to me in deciding the best way forward for upgrading the water heating control. This is the 3rd year Pristine have completed our heating and plumbing requirements. I can't fault any of his work, he is always friendly and helpful, and I would happily recommend Pristine to anyone else.

Derek gave great clear advice which was reassuring and helped us make a decision. He was on time and friendly, prompt communication via WhatsApp was quick and easy. No issues would recommend.him and use again without hesitation. (Advice re shower replacement or mixer bath taps to replace broken electric shower, then electric shower install)

Transgas removed a back boiler and installed a new gas boiler for me last year. They were the only company that wanted to tackle the task which was a relief as as soon as John came over to make a quote I felt in safe hands. The installation team were super friendly and I appreciated the text updates as to when they would be arriving. The boiler was serviced today. Again, another very friendly engineer! Gary was quick, helpful and great company for my cat! Would certainly reccomend Transgas!

Cannot fault these guys. From start to finish they were quick, clean and reassuring. The job took 2 days because of complications with my old boiler setup. The first day, two lads came over to uninstall the boiler (can’t remember their names sorry - but they both seemed great!) and then David came over to begin the install. David is a stand-up guy. Really genuinely lovely, and very knowledgeable. The second day Riley was over to assist, and was also really lovely and explained to me how to use my new system which I have set up tonight. The job was finished to a high standard and the guys cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic service and I’m really grateful to them for taking such a professional level of care.

Professional, organised and hardworking company. We were very happy with Westflow’s Plumbing Service. The turnaround from viewing the flat to getting the work done was very quick. Communication was very easy and fast. After initially having other plumbers tell us we couldn’t change our water heating system and hot water taps to mains water pressure in our electricity only flat, this company were able to find a way and get it done quickly. We also live in a small tight space flat, so the plumbing required a little bit of patience and out of the box thinking I’m sure. Thank you Westflow / Barnaby for your hard work.

Westflow recently replaced our old boiler with a Worcester 8000 combi. They also fitted an additional radiator – an awkward place to fit it in! We found their quote very competitive and informative. Barnaby and Jow were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. They laid sheet covers wherever they worked and once they had finished, they swept and hovered the area. The old boiler and the rubbish was taken away by them. We have asked them to carry out future annual services. There was a very small issue with the new radiator, which, they sorted out within couple of hours after making them aware of it. We will very highly recommend Westflow to our friends and family. It was very refreshing to get this kind of excellent service these days!

Barnaby replaced a faulty valve in my hot water cylinder system and rerouted an expansion vessel which had been connected incorrectly. He patiently answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and chose to implement a proper solution rather than the easiest one. The problem has been fixed neatly and I've learned things about my hot water cylinder. Really great work and service! I highly recommend Barnaby and Westflow.

I had been struggling with the removal and installation of new bath taps for a couple of days, before giving up and deciding to call a professional. After a Google search, I called Ben Hunter at Plumbing For Good Ltd. Luckily Ben was able to visit the same day and after some similar struggles, he persevered and drawing on his experience, skills and using the professional tools, he was able to remove the old “limescale clogged” taps and install a new set of taps. This professional job was done with a minimum of disruption to the bathroom and in less than 2 hours. Ultimately, I was very glad I had called Ben at Plumbing For Good Ltd.
