We had a leak from the old mains water pipe running under the property. Chris talked us through the most efficient solution and replaced the pipe in a day. Very efficiently and professionally done. No issues since. Highly recommend CS Gas.

We got Chris to fix and replace a leaking lead mains pipe and to fix a boiler that was installed incorrectly. Chris is very knowledgeable of all areas of plumbing and reasonably priced. Honest, reliable and not over priced. I have been using Chris for annual boiler services/gas safety checks for the past 3 years. I would not use anyone else now. Chris is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, always going the extra mile by identifying and rectifying minor issues before they become a major issue. Chris has worked on emergency call-outs which were dealt with straight away, I cannot recommend Chris enough.

Chris has been servicing my boiler for over four years now. He has also undertaken several plumbing jobs, most recently a leaky washing machine valve, when I had to allow Chris access when I wasn't present. Chris is always right on time for all bookings and is always very courteous. His prices are very reasonable and in my opinion he is very trustworthy. I cannot recommend highly enough, the quality of workmanship from Chris.

Dean is very knowledgeable and provides a great service. We had issues with our heat pump air system for years, with several different companies trying to fix it with no luck. Dean finally got to the bottom of it and couldn’t be happier!

Brilliant. I'm not sure I've ever written a review before and I'm based overseas with a property I rent out in London. That's the background. Let's launch into the review. These guys not only deliver an excellent, highly efficient, fair costing plumbing service but their customer care is possibly the best I've encountered and that's saying something as I am a picky customer! They have consistently (and that's the key) delivered over a period of time an excellent service and whenever I've had a question or needed help they have gone above and beyond to deliver both the best physical plumbing service and virtual customer service. Great service, honest and got the job done!

Firstly, I’ve given this firm a 5 star rating and would highly recommend due to these reasons. Outset: Read their superb reviews online and in particular mention of co-owner, Perry. Phone call into their professional call centre gave me immediate reassurance that they were professional and eager to solve my issue. I was informed that Perry was busy and I would be seeing instead their business partner, George. Expressing immediate concern I might get someone not as good, I was reassured that George was also excellent, although mentioned less on public reviews. (Shame on previous customers for not leaving more positive reviews) Issue: my Worcester combo boiler was playing up with intermittent hot water dropping off and showing a series of fault codes relating to the issue. (WINTER WITH BOILER ISSUES ARE NOT WORTH TAKING THE CHANCE!) Lead in: I was sent a number of realistic prompts via text message and emails explaining what to expect and managing my expectations for the day in advance of the service. Very professional for someone managing their busy diary. Day of Service: George turned up promptly with his new apprentice, Bradley. (Signs that the business is doing well!). First off, I was super impressed by both the gentleman who were respectful from the outset introducing themselves and removing shoes.George was polite and highly personable. In my experience of dealing with multiple tradesman over the years and myself coming from a background in the building trade, I couldn’t have wished for a more professional expert than George and found his mannerisms and conduct admirable in this day and age. Old school values and appeared truly honest in explaining everything and not pushing for need to replace etc. Job: thorough, taking time and precision to ensure everything was done, checked and put right. Post job: sent an invoice via email, which included a detailed diagnostic report to include future suggestions of things that may need to be looked at again in the future. All in all would have George back in an instance and would prompt anyone booking this firm to request his services personally. Merry Christmas H&G Solutions!

All the stars brilliant! Emailed a request for a boiler annual service, received a call back on the same day and booked the appointment for the following week. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. I messaged this company on Instagram to ask if they could resolve an issue I had with my washing machine hose flooding my cupboard. They replied very fast and got me booked in the next working day. Had a blockage in my kitchen waste pipe that three plumbers tried to fix all unsuccessfully Called this lad, he gave me a very fair price before he started, turned up in two hours, worked the problem out, fixed it and left all tidy. Very happy highly recommend him.

We used HydraFlow to unblock a bathroom sink. I can’t recommend them more highly. Lawrence responded immediately and his team were punctual, professional and a delight to deal with. They fixed the problem in record time and with the minimum of fuss or disruption.

Lawrence, came to my house to fix my toilet. He was very polite and charming! He spoke me through what he was going to do and I left him to it, after about 5/10 minutes. I came back and my toilet was unblocked! He also took videos before and after, to show me the difference! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber!
