Firstly, I’ve given this firm a 5 star rating and would highly recommend due to these reasons. Outset: Read their superb reviews online and in particular mention of co-owner, Perry. Phone call into their professional call centre gave me immediate reassurance that they were professional and eager to solve my issue. I was informed that Perry was busy and I would be seeing instead their business partner, George. Expressing immediate concern I might get someone not as good, I was reassured that George was also excellent, although mentioned less on public reviews. (Shame on previous customers for not leaving more positive reviews) Issue: my Worcester combo boiler was playing up with intermittent hot water dropping off and showing a series of fault codes relating to the issue. (WINTER WITH BOILER ISSUES ARE NOT WORTH TAKING THE CHANCE!) Lead in: I was sent a number of realistic prompts via text message and emails explaining what to expect and managing my expectations for the day in advance of the service. Very professional for someone managing their busy diary. Day of Service: George turned up promptly with his new apprentice, Bradley. (Signs that the business is doing well!). First off, I was super impressed by both the gentleman who were respectful from the outset introducing themselves and removing shoes.George was polite and highly personable. In my experience of dealing with multiple tradesman over the years and myself coming from a background in the building trade, I couldn’t have wished for a more professional expert than George and found his mannerisms and conduct admirable in this day and age. Old school values and appeared truly honest in explaining everything and not pushing for need to replace etc. Job: thorough, taking time and precision to ensure everything was done, checked and put right. Post job: sent an invoice via email, which included a detailed diagnostic report to include future suggestions of things that may need to be looked at again in the future. All in all would have George back in an instance and would prompt anyone booking this firm to request his services personally. Merry Christmas H&G Solutions!

All the stars brilliant! Emailed a request for a boiler annual service, received a call back on the same day and booked the appointment for the following week. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. Perry is thorough, prompt, very helpful and a lovely chap. Couldn't ask for an easier process. Thank you Perry!

Perry was outstanding. He quickly identified the issue with my underfloor heating, ordered the necessary parts, and installed them efficiently. His communication throughout the process was excellent. I will definitely be using his services again when needed.

I recently had my bathroom re-fitted by MJA Plumbing and heating. their service was professional reliable and stress free, i have had new flooring, work tops, shower, bath and also sinks and a new toilet fitted all went smoothly and look amazing! highly recommend their service to everyone, thinking of getting a new kitchen in the next year and MJA will be the first i call!

I rang this morning about my leaky sink, Lee rang back very quickly, was very open, realistic and transparent regarding costs and was able to send out his guy Chris within the hour. Chris was polite and professional and he fixed the problem efficiently (which was caused by another “plumber” I had hired from a different company to install a new sink). Chris even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Lee and his team and will definitely use them again!

Lee and his team were amazing, came on the same day with the correct fixings and had my shower up and running in no time. I had used Lee before and found him so helpful and friendly, with very reasonable prices and will go out of his way to do the job as quickly and well as possible. I started using Stewart and Stewart personally around 6 years ago and have never been let down and never been disappointed. This has now transferred across into my business where my reputation is on the line as I recommend Lee and his team for my clients needs. Again I have never had bad feedback and if anything it has enhanced my business, and reputation, working with a company so determined to deliver quality service.

I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Lee has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and we'll be sure to use S&S again in the future.

Matt recently came to fix and service my boiler. He found the problem and it was fixed within 24 hours! He was friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. Would definitely use again!

Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves. Lee has helped us with other plumbing issues before and he has always been very polite and reliable and done really good work. We definitely recommend him!

Ian was professional and very helpful. I used his services based on a recommendation and I definitely don't regret it. He communicated clearly at each point the work he was carrying out to make sure I understood what was going on and actually spoke to me as a person. I would definitely use his services again.

Adam and Dan are just two really nice personable plumbers intent on providing the best service and outcome for the customer. Adam is excellent at keeping in touch and updating progress on work in hand and always responds to calls where there’s a query.Dan is a meticulous tiler. - they work well together. Did a really good job on updating my bathroom and dealt efficiently and speedily with unforeseen difficulties.

Came out late at night to stop a leak in my office, returned in the morning to replace the tap that was at fault. Knowledgeable, and professional throughout.
