Ian came to replace old leaky valves on our radiators. I initially found IJF Plumbing & Heating through check-a-trade and was impressed with their high reviews, and I must say, they did not disappoint. Ian was punctual, professional, polite and very tidy. The work was top quality and exactly as quoted, no nasty surprises. Ian and team are very friendly and I would have no problem recommending IJF to friends and family and will be my first port of call whenever I need a plumber.

We had a our boiler replaced by Ian and his service was second to none. Would definitely recommend. He didn't make us feel stupid when we asked questions, which we really appreciated. He kept the place today during and after. You should definitely give him a ring.

Second time using Ian! First was replacing and moving radiators throughout house and this time was for a leaking kitchen sink. Great communication throughout, friendly and informative. Very clean and tidy. Great service and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Lee and his team were amazing, came on the same day with the correct fixings and had my shower up and running in no time. I had used Lee before and found him so helpful and friendly, with very reasonable prices and will go out of his way to do the job as quickly and well as possible. I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Lee has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and we'll be sure to use S&S again in the future.

Stewart and Stewart were available to provide a boiler service and gas safety inspection at my tenants’ flat at short notice when the company I had been paying into each month, for a call-out plan that should have covered this, let me down. Grateful to them for stepping in, liaising with the tenants and getting the job done without issue, and within the legal deadline, ensuring I didn’t breach regs. Easy and friendly to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Dean serviced our air source heat pump and did an excellent job. Great guy, would highly recommend.

Dean was recommended to us just a week ago when our heating went off! He was very professional yet friendly and explained things in a way that we for the first time understood the entire heating system and the various faults with ours. He is very transparent and diligently worked to solve the problem. Genuine 5 Star service! We've used Derek on both our home and flat for nearly 10 years for our boiler and bathroom redesign. Fully accredited, he was able to relocate our boiler into the loft and undertook a full remodel of our bathroom. He continues to offer an amazing service and clear honest advice. We got Chris to fix and replace a leaking lead mains pipe and to fix a boiler that was installed incorrectly. Chris is very knowledgeable of all areas of plumbing and reasonably priced. Honest, reliable and not over priced. I have been using Chris for annual boiler services/gas safety checks for the past 3 years. I would not use anyone else now. Chris is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, always going the extra mile by identifying and rectifying minor issues before they become a major issue. Chris has worked on emergency call-outs which were dealt with straight away, I cannot recommend Chris enough.

Chris is a very friendly, professional and knowledgable person about heaters and boilers. My flat didn't have hot water from my HIU. I've had a plumber come round before that wanted 3 parts replaced and quoted £1,400 for the job! I wanted a second opinion and Chris was able to get hot water running again within 5-10mins! He also gave me plenty of advise and explained about what the issue was and how to prevent it going forwards. If you're looking for a reliable and honest plumber, definitely go with them.

Chris has been servicing my boiler for over four years now. He has also undertaken several plumbing jobs, most recently a leaky washing machine valve, when I had to allow Chris access when I wasn't present. Chris is always right on time for all bookings and is always very courteous. His prices are very reasonable and in my opinion he is very trustworthy. I cannot recommend highly enough, the quality of workmanship from Chris.
