Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. He was quick, professional, friendly and explained all the works thoroughly. I was WFH during his works being carried out and he was quiet and respectful of privacy when I had calls. Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves. Lee has helped us with other plumbing issues before and he has always been very polite and reliable and done really good work. We definitely recommend him!

I would highly recommend Dennis. Super service from start to finish. Dennis identified and resolved our ongoing underfloor heating issues within 30minutes. There was no call out charge or other silly fees. He charged us for 30 minutes labour despite being at the property for over an hour. Will be using for our regular services going forward. Brilliant!

Absolutely brilliant, thanks ever so much for your help! I called Khalid about a leaking copper pipe in our kitchen, he was round at our house in an hour and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. As well as the great service, he is a really nice guy and did the work for a very reasonable cost.

Cannot recommend Khalid enough. I needed an emergency plumber on a Sunday evening and he was with me within 10 minutes. Very professional and very reasonable cost wise. He fixed the problem straight away and is very friendly. Will be using him for all my plumbing needs in future

Honestly, he was amazing and came out within half an hour of me calling him after 8pm sorted out the problem and also was very good with my Airbnb clients who had the problem with the boiler. Very good communication :)

Simon came out at short notice to fix my boiler. I had no hot water or heating. Not only did he do a great job fixing an old boiler , he also serviced it. Very happy with the work, friendly and helpful advice. Definitely calling him out again.

We have just had our back-boiler serviced by Simon, and he managed to resurrect it from the grave! He did an excellent job 👍, and we will be using him for a new boiler replacement in the spring. I would thoroughly recommend him.

We had an issue with our heating I left an email through Simon’s website He called me back the following day and after I explained the fault Simon said he could come and have a look at what we thought was an air lock Simon messaged me to say he was on his way this afternoon at 3.30 Saturday 11/1/25 On arrival he discovered the motorised valve had failed he promptly left to collect a new one and replaced it The air lock was still there unfortunately but Simon would not be beaten with dogged persistence he eventually had us all up and running after 4 hours and finished at 7.30 with still another job to do many others would have given up I can’t recommend Simon enough and would not hesitate to call on him again Five star service and on a Saturday Well done Simon great job Thank you

I am a trustee for a village hall charity and saw so many companies regarding Air Sourced Heat Pumps for heating. New Heat were the only company that we felt confident dealing with. We are delighted with the results of the installation and were pleased that New Heat were so responsive when we had a couple of minor issues in the first week. With the energy crisis we would have had to have raised our hire rates in order to keep the doors open, so the timing on this installation could not have been more critical.

New Heat Solutions have provided an annual service for our air source heat pump for a number of years. We have found them to be knowledgeable, efficient and really easy to deal with.

Rang to ask for help stopping leak from shower pump which was dripping into the living room. Got a callback immediately, and a visit within minutes as the plumber was working nearby. He couldn't have been more helpful and diagnosed the problem and resolved the immediate cause there and then. Wouldn't hesitate to ring again.

We were in need of an emergency plumber after our boiler stopped working. I found Flowright Plumbers, and called them up. They came to my house within the hour, assessed the damage and how much it was going to cost. The fix was done within 2 hrs and was well priced and quality of the repair was excellent.

Was having Issues all over with my plumbing, I contacted Flowright plumbers Woking and as soon as they come round, they were very professional and helped put me at ease straight away, not only did they fix all issues they also showed me how the issued had happened and the best way to prevent them in the future! My central heating system was very old and inefficient and when one of the radiators sprung a leak I contacted Wing's Property Service. I am so glad that I did - they came along and changed all of my radiators with the minimum disturbance and then took the time to power flush and service the system and leave me with a super efficient set up which will serve me well into the future. I could not recommend them enough - the owner Ollie is very enthusiastic and fully committed to customer service and his staff are knowledgeable and skilled. Undoubtedly Wing's Property Services is now my go to plumber!
