I am a trustee for a village hall charity and saw so many companies regarding Air Sourced Heat Pumps for heating. New Heat were the only company that we felt confident dealing with. We are delighted with the results of the installation and were pleased that New Heat were so responsive when we had a couple of minor issues in the first week. With the energy crisis we would have had to have raised our hire rates in order to keep the doors open, so the timing on this installation could not have been more critical.
