Louis was excellent - quick, efficient, sorted out our problem with a minimum of fuss and without trying to pressure us into spending more than was necessary. And charming with it too!

Just as the weather started to get our boiler packed up. Louis was recommended to me and was very quick to respond and come over to assess the job on the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, parts were ordered and delivered with next day delivery and the boiler was repaired successfully. Communication was very good throughout and Louis was very clear explaining the problem and gave good advice regarding what to do next.

Hired Louis + team to rip and refit our bathroom. Excellent service and communication throughout the whole process. Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. We were extremely satisfied with the service and would defiantly use Niall again and would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a plumber

Niall came out today and replaced our leaking tap. He was amazing and so helpful as well as replacing our tap he took the time to look at another issue and fixed it as well and he explained everything so simply. We will definitely be using him again. Thankyou so much

James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. This was all based on trust: you don’t often come across that these days! Thank you, James!

James, was amazing. Spoke to my wife and talked about what he thought the price would be. Managed to fit us in, in what must be the busiest time of year for boiler engineers. Fitted an additional part at no extra charge. Even wore little blue plastic socks to cover his shoes. Highly recommend, will use again. I can't speak highly enough of the service from R&G Plumbing Services! Our boiler broke down early this morning, and after calling at 9:30am, Dicky was at our door within an hour and a half. In just 15 minutes, he had identified the issue and the part required, and within the hour, it was obtained and installed. Remarkably, our boiler was back up and running within just a few hours, including an annual service. If there's service better than this, I'd love to see it! We’ll now be using R&G Plumbing Services annually for our boiler maintenance. Highly recommended!

So grateful to Dicky at R & G plumbing, immediately got back to me when contacted, came promptly the next day as arranged and sorted my heating issue immediately. (I had previously had someone else out who had "apparently done it", but hadn't!!) Dicky went above and beyond to check the whole system including safety of a gas fire and didn't charge me for any of the additional care. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has since helped with further issues, given free advice and been there at the end of the phone to advise with any plumbing/heating issues that arise. His communication and customer care is nothing short of excellent, his work is of an exceptionally high standard and also extremely good value. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I can not recommend Dicky highly enough.

Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Stewart and Stewart were available to provide a boiler service and gas safety inspection at my tenants’ flat at short notice when the company I had been paying into each month, for a call-out plan that should have covered this, let me down. Grateful to them for stepping in, liaising with the tenants and getting the job done without issue, and within the legal deadline, ensuring I didn’t breach regs. Easy and friendly to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I rang this morning about my leaky sink, Lee rang back very quickly, was very open, realistic and transparent regarding costs and was able to send out his guy Chris within the hour. Chris was polite and professional and he fixed the problem efficiently (which was caused by another “plumber” I had hired from a different company to install a new sink). Chris even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Lee and his team and will definitely use them again!

Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Shaun is hands down the most reliable, professional and hard working tradesmen I've ever met. We employed him to refurbish our whole bathroom and a separate cloakroom and we were impressed throughout the job. As a customer, you rely on the tradesmen's integrity and knowledge to guide you through problems and give you good advice. Shaun knows his stuff and this is evident in his work. Even when problems arise, for example we had to put our bath on a plinth to accommodate the grey water waste that couldn't be laid through the joists... obvious to Shaun but an oversight we had made. So he problem solved on the job and got it done without any questions. Further to this we've had Shaun back to fix our central heating that our previous plumbers had mucked up. He went above and beyond to find our problem, which wasn't easy, and solved it. Genuinely a good guy and happy to recommend to anyone who needs a professional and reliable plumber. Cheers Shaun!!
