Adam was fantastic and I would highly recommed his services if you need help with any drainage issue. We called him on a Monday morning and he came out within a few hours and quickly fixed the problem, he also identified some other issues that needed sorting and took care of those as well. His service was excellent and the standard of work was top class, a brilliant local company!

Adam was absolutely brilliant. He came out really quickly to check a soakaway system from our septic tank which had been installed by a cowboy and had failed within 3 months of installation. He soon established it was both illegal and not fit for purpose and came up with a plan to replace it. Adam was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic and went out of his way to get the the job done as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Adams Drainage and he would be the first person I would call in the future.

I would 100% recommend Adam to anyone! He came out to the house for an emergency blockage and was here within a couple of hours. Been in his business a long time, very experienced and looks after his customers really well. All this and really reasonable. Very satisfied customer.

Absolutely brilliant! He came out within 5 hours of my calling him, fixed the problem, made sure all was resolved. How someone can be so cheerful and happy dealing with the grim sight of blocked drains💩💩💩💩 I just don't know, but he did. He was reassuring that it would all get sorted from the start. Very happy with the service and the installation of a new boiler. The engineers were very polite and did all of the work in a very professional manner. They also removed all packaging and old materials leaving everything clean and tidy. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.

We had boiler breakdown last weekend at the peak of the winter. Although i have boiler cover with some other service provider, but they have turned away. I called Ampella for help. They sent a very professioal engineer on the next day to check the fault on the boiler. The engineer detected the faulty component very quickly and replaced the part on the same day and fixed the problem on the boiler. This has avoided me going for a boiler relacement which would have been very costly. In future i will not sign up for any boiler breakdown. I will reach out Ampella to look after my boiler for sure!

I called Ampella at 7.40am having suffered a huge leak in my kitchen overnight. Spencer answered (!) and advised he would get someone with me by 11. Leon arrived as promised and with the smallest amount of fuss and mess found and fixed the leak. And left me with water and heating. Ours was caused by shoddy workmanship from a previous contractor - a connector had worked loose and we had c5 hrs of flooding to contend with. Cannot recommend Ampella enough!

I can’t rate this company highly enough. We were recommended to use them. Matt answered our calls promptly and arrived quickly and when he said he would. Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills.
