Absolutely brilliant! He came out within 5 hours of my calling him, fixed the problem, made sure all was resolved. How someone can be so cheerful and happy dealing with the grim sight of blocked drains💩💩💩💩 I just don't know, but he did. He was reassuring that it would all get sorted from the start. I would 100% recommend Adam to anyone! He came out to the house for an emergency blockage and was here within a couple of hours. Been in his business a long time, very experienced and looks after his customers really well. All this and really reasonable. Very satisfied customer.

Adam was fantastic and I would highly recommed his services if you need help with any drainage issue. We called him on a Monday morning and he came out within a few hours and quickly fixed the problem, he also identified some other issues that needed sorting and took care of those as well. His service was excellent and the standard of work was top class, a brilliant local company!

Adam was absolutely brilliant. He came out really quickly to check a soakaway system from our septic tank which had been installed by a cowboy and had failed within 3 months of installation. He soon established it was both illegal and not fit for purpose and came up with a plan to replace it. Adam was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic and went out of his way to get the the job done as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Adams Drainage and he would be the first person I would call in the future.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. We were recommended to use them. Matt answered our calls promptly and arrived quickly and when he said he would. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained what he needed to do so that I understood. He repaired our system and serviced our boiler. It has taken us years to find a good plumber and I most definitely will use him moving forward.

Highly recommended! An excellent and professional service from requesting a quote to completing the work (a running tap in a hard-to-access place and servicing an unvented cylinder/water softener). Easy to arrange, excellent communication, and arrived as promised for the next day time slot. Invoice exactly as quoted, plus some free advice on additional insulation, and how we could easily do it ourselves. Five star work.

Simon has been servicing and maintaining my boiler for the last 4 years or so and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Sadly this time I took the decision it wasn't cost effective to repair my 16 year old boiler and Simon has now installed a new boiler for me. Simon was efficient and helpful from start to finish and left everything absolutely spotless. Would 100% recommend him.

Very good communication. Simon let me know when he would arrive. Serviced our boiler efficiently and rectified a fault with clear explanation. Replacing the valve took quite a short time considering the price. The cost of the part on the invoice would have been helpful .

I can´t speak highly enough of Peperharow Plumbing. We have just used them for the second time - to replace a bathroom sink and repair a radiator - and were delighted with the work undertaken. We’ve used Peperharow Plumbing a couple of times, most recently to fit two new radiators in our Victorian property. Not often you can recommend trades people these days - our experience recently of roofers and plumbers not even getting back to you with a quote for a job has happened multiple times. However, Buxton Heating delivered where others have failed, providing a fast inspection, quote and installation of a new hot water cylinder on a Sunday. Work was done professionally, cleanly and for the quoted price. We would have no hesitation in recommending Buxton on the basis of our experience.

High quality work at a very reasonable price. Buxton stripped out our old oil boiler, rerouted pipework to install a Worcester gas boiler in a new location, and commissioned the system. They took time to understand our needs, optimised the positioning of the new system and connections and installed new pipework. The quality of work is excellent, the onsite team (Sean and Scotty) were really professional and charming. The system works perfectly, and was installed quicker than expected.

We've been using Buxton for boiler servicing for several years and they've always been quick, efficient and communicated well about when they can get to me, etc. Just recently we had a leak repaired by them too. Given it required draining pipes so they could work on it and then getting everything back up and running afterwards, I couldn't believe how quickly it was all done. Just great to have someone reliable to call, especially for something like plumbing which shouldn't be touched unless you know what you are doing.

Craig and his team literally saved us! When our old oil boiler finally broke beyond repair, we were left with no heating or hot water for several days. After ringing around several places, Craig finally came to our rescue and managed to fit us in before Christmas. He is knowledgeable, gives good advice and you genuinely feel he has your best interests at heart. At his busiest time of the year, our new boiler was bought, delivered and installed within a week of his initial visit. We cannot thank Craig and Matthew enough, not just for their speedy response but also their immaculate and tidy work. This is a great little plumbing shop. The staff are always helpful and prices often cheaper than the bigger suppliers. They have a fantastic range of fittings and are happy to spend time trying to sort your problem out. I would class myself as an advanced DIY plumber so not into regular purchases but all the same I get the same help and respect. Recently one if the staff held the shop open past its closing time so I could pick up some emergency spares which was particularly nice given it was a Friday and I'm sure they wanted home. Definitely recommend this place.
