I needed a new shower but they were no longer making them. Wayne managed to find one that was the same size which meant I didn't have to retile. It was a perfect fit and he left the bathroom immaculately clean and tidy. Excellent service, highly recommended.

We had boiler breakdown last weekend at the peak of the winter. Although i have boiler cover with some other service provider, but they have turned away. I called Ampella for help. They sent a very professioal engineer on the next day to check the fault on the boiler. The engineer detected the faulty component very quickly and replaced the part on the same day and fixed the problem on the boiler. This has avoided me going for a boiler relacement which would have been very costly. In future i will not sign up for any boiler breakdown. I will reach out Ampella to look after my boiler for sure!

We’ve used Peperharow Plumbing a couple of times, most recently to fit two new radiators in our Victorian property. Craig and his team literally saved us! When our old oil boiler finally broke beyond repair, we were left with no heating or hot water for several days. After ringing around several places, Craig finally came to our rescue and managed to fit us in before Christmas. He is knowledgeable, gives good advice and you genuinely feel he has your best interests at heart. At his busiest time of the year, our new boiler was bought, delivered and installed within a week of his initial visit. We cannot thank Craig and Matthew enough, not just for their speedy response but also their immaculate and tidy work. Fantastic service. Not the first time that Buxton have helped me out of trouble with my central heating. I recommend going straight to Buxton. Their work is tidy, they take their shoes off to keep your home clean, and they do a great job at a fair price.

High quality work at a very reasonable price. Buxton stripped out our old oil boiler, rerouted pipework to install a Worcester gas boiler in a new location, and commissioned the system. They took time to understand our needs, optimised the positioning of the new system and connections and installed new pipework. The quality of work is excellent, the onsite team (Sean and Scotty) were really professional and charming. The system works perfectly, and was installed quicker than expected.

This is a great little plumbing shop. The staff are always helpful and prices often cheaper than the bigger suppliers. They have a fantastic range of fittings and are happy to spend time trying to sort your problem out. I would class myself as an advanced DIY plumber so not into regular purchases but all the same I get the same help and respect. Recently one if the staff held the shop open past its closing time so I could pick up some emergency spares which was particularly nice given it was a Friday and I'm sure they wanted home. Definitely recommend this place.
