I called Ampella at 7.40am having suffered a huge leak in my kitchen overnight. Spencer answered (!) and advised he would get someone with me by 11. Leon arrived as promised and with the smallest amount of fuss and mess found and fixed the leak. And left me with water and heating. Ours was caused by shoddy workmanship from a previous contractor - a connector had worked loose and we had c5 hrs of flooding to contend with. Cannot recommend Ampella enough!

We had boiler breakdown last weekend at the peak of the winter. Although i have boiler cover with some other service provider, but they have turned away. I called Ampella for help. They sent a very professioal engineer on the next day to check the fault on the boiler. The engineer detected the faulty component very quickly and replaced the part on the same day and fixed the problem on the boiler. This has avoided me going for a boiler relacement which would have been very costly. In future i will not sign up for any boiler breakdown. I will reach out Ampella to look after my boiler for sure!

Very happy with the service and the installation of a new boiler. The engineers were very polite and did all of the work in a very professional manner. They also removed all packaging and old materials leaving everything clean and tidy. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.
