I recently had Danny install a new boiler in my home and I couldn't be more impressed with his work. He was polite, professional, efficient, and thorough. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me some options then recommended the best one. It's clear he knows his stuff because he was spot on the first time (and this was after multiple different companies couldn't diagnose the problem). I recently had a very old boiler replaced and used Danny as he came to quote and seemed knowledgeable and down to earth. He worked so hard for 3 full days to get it all done. It's an old house and I had to have a new hot water cylinder and system boiler. But lots of pipework to be adjusted. He's old school and makes sure his work is done properly and going forward I'd use him for future boiler servicing. He's also always available for any questions or queries you may have. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of having Danny attend our property to replace a valve connection pipe after a gas leak. We called DM and Sons due to the positive reviews online. He was friendly and replaced the pipe very quickly. Glad to support local a business in New Malden. Will definitely use them again!

Can’t recommend highly enough. Had an issue with quite a unique water tank in my Flat. My management company recommended Ali from previous installations in the building. Within 2 days I had the tank replaced. Ali and his colleague did a fantastic job. Clean, tidy, efficient, but most of all they were a pleasure to be around - a joke and a laugh and made me feel at ease during the installation but also for future servicing and repairs. Will be keeping his number saved for any future work.

Barnaby replaced a faulty valve in my hot water cylinder system and rerouted an expansion vessel which had been connected incorrectly. He patiently answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and chose to implement a proper solution rather than the easiest one. The problem has been fixed neatly and I've learned things about my hot water cylinder. Really great work and service! I highly recommend Barnaby and Westflow.

Westflow recently replaced our old boiler with a Worcester 8000 combi. They also fitted an additional radiator – an awkward place to fit it in! We found their quote very competitive and informative. Barnaby and Jow were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. They laid sheet covers wherever they worked and once they had finished, they swept and hovered the area. The old boiler and the rubbish was taken away by them. We have asked them to carry out future annual services. There was a very small issue with the new radiator, which, they sorted out within couple of hours after making them aware of it. We will very highly recommend Westflow to our friends and family. It was very refreshing to get this kind of excellent service these days!

Professional, organised and hardworking company. We were very happy with Westflow’s Plumbing Service. The turnaround from viewing the flat to getting the work done was very quick. Communication was very easy and fast. After initially having other plumbers tell us we couldn’t change our water heating system and hot water taps to mains water pressure in our electricity only flat, this company were able to find a way and get it done quickly. We also live in a small tight space flat, so the plumbing required a little bit of patience and out of the box thinking I’m sure. Thank you Westflow / Barnaby for your hard work.

Barney is an exceptional plumber and has a wealth of experience and knowledge! Our bath and tap needed replacing alongside our stopcock. We left Barney to it and we returned to not only a beautiful new bath etc but a sparkling clean bathroom, the bath had been siliconed perfectly, all the rubbish put away! He really goes out of his way. We wouldn’t think about going to any other plumber! Amazing!

KT plumbing has been out to our house on multiple occasions (toy flushing incidents mostly), they have also installed air conditioning in our top floor bedroom, which has been an absolute game changer in the hotter days! The whole process was explained from start to completion, the unit looks sleek and tucked away and very quiet. Another thing we asked for was a filter tap, this was ordered, fitted and set up with ease and has been lovely addition. Vas is friendly, informative and very quick to respond to requests for help when required. We have been exceptionally pleased with the service, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance.

This was our first time using Glow, and I am very happy with Don's work. He installed a new boiler, adding new pipes and making them so much neater than they used to be before. Nando was amazing. I had what seemed to be a simple job. Unfortunately the job got completed and grew into much more work that we originally thought. Counting my lucky stars! Tom had same day availability for fixing my failed, leaking DIY attempt at an old radiator repair (I broke it so much it needed replacing). Excellent work, done quickly, and well finished. Customer service was excellent, and he had some kind words of advice for my DIY attempts… which I shall not be doing again!

We highly recommend Tom at T Gas. He fixed our broken hot water and central heating and carried out a full service on our boiler (which unbeknownst to us had not been properly serviced for years). He also located a leak we had been unaware of that had been going on for some time. We were very grateful for how quickly he was able to fix the problem. Leaving reviews when you have bananas for fingers can be awkward, but sometimes a company deserves the 5 stars and South Thames Maintenance Services did a great job replacing my boiler. When other companies failed to call back, Andrew, from STMS returned my call and was on hand within a day. He diagnosed the problem and clearly gave me options, with the no brain solution being a new boiler. Again, options were discussed and on the next working day my old Valiant boiler was replaced with a Glowworm. Andrew worked with respect to our property, laying carpet coverings. He was friendly and polite and our dog, a great judge of character, liked him. Thanks for a good job well done.

Vince showed up to help me on a leak at my house. He had came over to diagnose the problem and give a quote but in 10 mins he had already found the problem (which was very awkward to locate given the leak was behind my bathtub and the space was very hard to reach) - wiggled his hands to undo the faulty isolation valve and replace it. I was very impressed and feel confident recommending Vince to others!!!
