I highly recommend Mark, he’s very professional, competent and honest. He came to connect the gas to our stove and repair some hardware. He was quick and clean, will definitely call him again.

Mark has been my plumber for a number of years and always gives great service. He's done emergency repairs (shower pump replacement, leaks) and scheduled work (boiler, underfloor heating, servicing) and he's always polite, accommodating and professional.

We have used Angel Assist twice, they installed a new boiler and following that, we went back to them to install a new bathroom for us. We couldn’t be happier with the work they have done. First and foremost they are completely professional, they hard working, tidy, good communicators and were great with our neighbours but most importantly they have created an amazing bathroom of the highest quality for us. We had quite a difficult layout in mind and we had been told elsewhere that it was not possible but they listened to us and worked with us to create exactly what we wanted. They provided value for money and I can’t recommend them more, do not hesitate to contact them.

Used Angel Assist to rip out and install a new bathroom and toilet. From start to finish Ricky and Frank were polite, always on time and forever cleaning up as they worked. They kept us advised on progress constantly. The finished job was superb, every tile cut and grouting joint was to the highest quality. James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. We've used Taylormade Plumbing And Htg Services twice in last few months. Both were great experiences, and we'll use them again if a need arises. First, a new ball float valve (the whole pack) was installed in the water loft tank. Later, a new fill-and-flush valve (the whole pack) was installed in a toilet, and a new sink tap installed. I have known Vince for more than a year now. Very professional and accommodating. I had to reschedule a few times due to issues at home and he never complained. Worked through all the issues that came up and did not change the price quoted. I thought he should have. Worked through difficult conditions and did some extra stuff I needed as well. All in all a top man really. Replaced my gas hob, Replaced my extractor fan and Serviced my boiler. Will definitely recommend.

Vince showed up to help me on a leak at my house. He had came over to diagnose the problem and give a quote but in 10 mins he had already found the problem (which was very awkward to locate given the leak was behind my bathtub and the space was very hard to reach) - wiggled his hands to undo the faulty isolation valve and replace it. Barney is an exceptional plumber and has a wealth of experience and knowledge! Our bath and tap needed replacing alongside our stopcock. We left Barney to it and we returned to not only a beautiful new bath etc but a sparkling clean bathroom, the bath had been siliconed perfectly, all the rubbish put away! He really goes out of his way. We wouldn’t think about going to any other plumber! Amazing!

Professional, organised and hardworking company. We were very happy with Westflow’s Plumbing Service. The turnaround from viewing the flat to getting the work done was very quick. Communication was very easy and fast. After initially having other plumbers tell us we couldn’t change our water heating system and hot water taps to mains water pressure in our electricity only flat, this company were able to find a way and get it done quickly. We also live in a small tight space flat, so the plumbing required a little bit of patience and out of the box thinking I’m sure. Thank you Westflow / Barnaby for your hard work.

Westflow recently replaced our old boiler with a Worcester 8000 combi. They also fitted an additional radiator – an awkward place to fit it in! We found their quote very competitive and informative. Barnaby and Jow were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. They laid sheet covers wherever they worked and once they had finished, they swept and hovered the area. The old boiler and the rubbish was taken away by them. We have asked them to carry out future annual services. There was a very small issue with the new radiator, which, they sorted out within couple of hours after making them aware of it. We will very highly recommend Westflow to our friends and family. It was very refreshing to get this kind of excellent service these days!
