Ali helped me on the same day I contacted him as I had a leak in my kitchen. Elias came that afternoon and sorted out the problem quickly and was very polite. Ali is always very helpful and I would not hesitate in recommending him and his company!

Can’t recommend highly enough. Had an issue with quite a unique water tank in my Flat. My management company recommended Ali from previous installations in the building. Within 2 days I had the tank replaced. Ali and his colleague did a fantastic job. Clean, tidy, efficient, but most of all they were a pleasure to be around - a joke and a laugh and made me feel at ease during the installation but also for future servicing and repairs. Will be keeping his number saved for any future work.

This is now the second time I have asked Ali to fix something in my flat and as always he was responsive, on time, polite and was able to fix everything. Professional, organised and hardworking company. We were very happy with Westflow’s Plumbing Service. The turnaround from viewing the flat to getting the work done was very quick. Communication was very easy and fast. After initially having other plumbers tell us we couldn’t change our water heating system and hot water taps to mains water pressure in our electricity only flat, this company were able to find a way and get it done quickly. We also live in a small tight space flat, so the plumbing required a little bit of patience and out of the box thinking I’m sure. Thank you Westflow / Barnaby for your hard work.

Barnaby replaced a faulty valve in my hot water cylinder system and rerouted an expansion vessel which had been connected incorrectly. He patiently answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and chose to implement a proper solution rather than the easiest one. The problem has been fixed neatly and I've learned things about my hot water cylinder. Really great work and service! I highly recommend Barnaby and Westflow.

Barney is an exceptional plumber and has a wealth of experience and knowledge! Our bath and tap needed replacing alongside our stopcock. We left Barney to it and we returned to not only a beautiful new bath etc but a sparkling clean bathroom, the bath had been siliconed perfectly, all the rubbish put away! He really goes out of his way. We wouldn’t think about going to any other plumber! Amazing!

KT plumbing has been out to our house on multiple occasions (toy flushing incidents mostly), they have also installed air conditioning in our top floor bedroom, which has been an absolute game changer in the hotter days! The whole process was explained from start to completion, the unit looks sleek and tucked away and very quiet. Another thing we asked for was a filter tap, this was ordered, fitted and set up with ease and has been lovely addition. Vas is friendly, informative and very quick to respond to requests for help when required. We have been exceptionally pleased with the service, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance.

We had our boiler leaking so he popped out for a replaced part the job was done quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. Vince showed up to help me on a leak at my house. He had came over to diagnose the problem and give a quote but in 10 mins he had already found the problem (which was very awkward to locate given the leak was behind my bathtub and the space was very hard to reach) - wiggled his hands to undo the faulty isolation valve and replace it. I was very impressed and feel confident recommending Vince to others!!!

This was our first time using Glow, and I am very happy with Don's work. He installed a new boiler, adding new pipes and making them so much neater than they used to be before. I needed urgent installation and they made the effort to fit us in as quickly as possible. Transgas removed a back boiler and installed a new gas boiler for me last year. They were the only company that wanted to tackle the task which was a relief as as soon as John came over to make a quote I felt in safe hands. The installation team were super friendly and I appreciated the text updates as to when they would be arriving. The boiler was serviced today. Again, another very friendly engineer! Gary was quick, helpful and great company for my cat! Would certainly reccomend Transgas!

Excellent, got a new boiler at a new site and the guys and the end product were all great. New boiler purrs quietly away like a contented cat. Price was also very reasonable indeed, about 40% less than the one other quote I got. Would of course re-hire.

Used Angel Assist to rip out and install a new bathroom and toilet. From start to finish Ricky and Frank were polite, always on time and forever cleaning up as they worked. They kept us advised on progress constantly. The finished job was superb, every tile cut and grouting joint was to the highest quality. We have used Angel Assist twice, they installed a new boiler and following that, we went back to them to install a new bathroom for us. We couldn’t be happier with the work they have done. First and foremost they are completely professional, they hard working, tidy, good communicators and were great with our neighbours but most importantly they have created an amazing bathroom of the highest quality for us. We had quite a difficult layout in mind and we had been told elsewhere that it was not possible but they listened to us and worked with us to create exactly what we wanted.
