I have used the company on a number of occasions. Very liable, know what they are doing with good clear advice as to what is the problem and solution. J would use them again.

Max has efficiently diagnosed and repaired a number of issues with our toilet, garden tap and mains pressure. He is professional, tidy, and responsive in his communication. I will certainly be using his company’s services in the future!

Such a relief to finally get to the bottom of this mysterious damp patch and to be able to fix it. Jamie was also really good at explaining how the internal and external plumbing works in my house and as a result I feel much more knowledgeable about how my own home works!

Dealing with THE LEAK DETECTION COMPANY LTD was totally hassle-free, especially in the middle of a water leak crisis damaging our home. One is left with the impression of a very well run family business, with a slick business process supported by an efficient admin back office team (shout out to Claire and Samantha). The three staff members I had dealings with (Claire, Sam & Jamie) left a very positive impression and represented the company really well. Once I’d agreed to engage their services, they emailed the scope of the work and a clear breakdown of costs. There was no pressure selling and didn’t even have to make a pre-payment. On appointment day, their engineer Jamie was waiting outside my door first thing in the morning. Using specialist equipment, Jamie worked meticulously to locate and repair the leak, doing his very best to not do too much damage. He was simply brilliant, friendly and courteous, yet extremely competent. Big shout out to Jamie K (top bloke). By the end of that working day, I’d been emailed an invoice, payment receipt and a detailed professional report for insurance claim purposes. While they aren’t cheap (that field of work isn’t), they are excellent value for money, espcially in the middle of a crisis and will provide a super professional report for insurance claim purposes. I will not hesistate to use this company again if (heaven forbid) I ever suffer the misfortune of another water leak. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and with no reservations at all.

We have an old, extremely complicated and challenging Boilermate with a fault causing central heating to stop. Dipesh diagnosed the issue in no time and replaced the parts. Dipesh is very friendly, professional and flexible. I got a water leak from my kitchen ceiling and Dipesh was able to trace down the leak to the bathroom's underfloor pipe up stair within an hour. He also managed to fix it quickly and explained to me the step-by-step during his work. I would definitely use his service again for any plumbing work in my house in future.

I used Plumber Dipesh to change my cylinder due to rusty hot water. Since the job completed, I've had no more issues with hot water. Nick recently fitted my new boiler, radiators, bathroom suite and also laid new solid wooden flooring. Nick is a swiss army knife - he's an excellent plumber, a master carpenter (He has a real eye for the small details) and a really nice bloke. He really knows his stuff and not only thinks about what he's doing on the job in hand but also the future consequences of any decisions that are being made. He discusses and explains options clearly to agree what needs to be done next together. What I was quoted was exactly what I paid and the work was done in the time agreed. If I was pushed to find a fault I'd say he's busy (Because he's good!) so can be hard to initially lock down for bigger jobs. Once the work is locked in tho - you'll be in very safe hands! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Nick to anyone that's looking for high quality work and fair / reasonable prices. 100% worth waiting an extra week or two.

Cannot recommend Khalid enough. I needed an emergency plumber on a Sunday evening and he was with me within 10 minutes. Very professional and very reasonable cost wise. He fixed the problem straight away and is very friendly. Will be using him for all my plumbing needs in future

Absolutely brilliant, thanks ever so much for your help! I called Khalid about a leaking copper pipe in our kitchen, he was round at our house in an hour and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. As well as the great service, he is a really nice guy and did the work for a very reasonable cost.

Honestly, he was amazing and came out within half an hour of me calling him after 8pm sorted out the problem and also was very good with my Airbnb clients who had the problem with the boiler. Very good communication :)

Simon came out at short notice to fix my boiler. I had no hot water or heating. Not only did he do a great job fixing an old boiler , he also serviced it. Very happy with the work, friendly and helpful advice. Definitely calling him out again.

We had an issue with our heating I left an email through Simon’s website He called me back the following day and after I explained the fault Simon said he could come and have a look at what we thought was an air lock Simon messaged me to say he was on his way this afternoon at 3.30 Saturday 11/1/25 On arrival he discovered the motorised valve had failed he promptly left to collect a new one and replaced it The air lock was still there unfortunately but Simon would not be beaten with dogged persistence he eventually had us all up and running after 4 hours and finished at 7.30 with still another job to do many others would have given up I can’t recommend Simon enough and would not hesitate to call on him again Five star service and on a Saturday Well done Simon great job Thank you
