James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. This was all based on trust: you don’t often come across that these days! Thank you, James!

James, was amazing. Spoke to my wife and talked about what he thought the price would be. Managed to fit us in, in what must be the busiest time of year for boiler engineers. Fitted an additional part at no extra charge. Even wore little blue plastic socks to cover his shoes. Highly recommend, will use again. Mark has been my plumber for a number of years and always gives great service. He's done emergency repairs (shower pump replacement, leaks) and scheduled work (boiler, underfloor heating, servicing) and he's always polite, accommodating and professional.

I have used JT plumbing and heating on 4 separate occasions now and will always call them first. Every occasion has been impressive. They know their stuff and I trust them not to gouge me. What more could you want? On the most recent occasion Billy was on site within an hour, did his best to resolve a tough blockage (which I knew might be the case) but he recommended a specialist drain rodding company and then didn’t even charge for the time spent. I would have been happy to pay, but this is service at its best.

It is the second time that we call ST plumbing and heating. Our aging boiler stopped working and had to be changed. Andrew came the next morning to assess the situation and gave several options. KT plumbing has been out to our house on multiple occasions (toy flushing incidents mostly), they have also installed air conditioning in our top floor bedroom, which has been an absolute game changer in the hotter days! The whole process was explained from start to completion, the unit looks sleek and tucked away and very quiet. Another thing we asked for was a filter tap, this was ordered, fitted and set up with ease and has been lovely addition. Vas is friendly, informative and very quick to respond to requests for help when required. We have been exceptionally pleased with the service, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance.

Professional, organised and hardworking company. We were very happy with Westflow’s Plumbing Service. The turnaround from viewing the flat to getting the work done was very quick. Communication was very easy and fast. After initially having other plumbers tell us we couldn’t change our water heating system and hot water taps to mains water pressure in our electricity only flat, this company were able to find a way and get it done quickly. We also live in a small tight space flat, so the plumbing required a little bit of patience and out of the box thinking I’m sure. Thank you Westflow / Barnaby for your hard work.

Westflow recently replaced our old boiler with a Worcester 8000 combi. They also fitted an additional radiator – an awkward place to fit it in! We found their quote very competitive and informative. Barnaby and Jow were punctual, professional and extremely courteous. They laid sheet covers wherever they worked and once they had finished, they swept and hovered the area. The old boiler and the rubbish was taken away by them. We have asked them to carry out future annual services. There was a very small issue with the new radiator, which, they sorted out within couple of hours after making them aware of it. We will very highly recommend Westflow to our friends and family. It was very refreshing to get this kind of excellent service these days!

Barney is an exceptional plumber and has a wealth of experience and knowledge! Our bath and tap needed replacing alongside our stopcock. We left Barney to it and we returned to not only a beautiful new bath etc but a sparkling clean bathroom, the bath had been siliconed perfectly, all the rubbish put away! He really goes out of his way. We wouldn’t think about going to any other plumber! Amazing!

My boiler broke late at night and Tristan was the only plumber to come out and help me. The water went everywhere and he immediately calmed me down!!
