Transgas removed a back boiler and installed a new gas boiler for me last year. They were the only company that wanted to tackle the task which was a relief as as soon as John came over to make a quote I felt in safe hands. The installation team were super friendly and I appreciated the text updates as to when they would be arriving. The boiler was serviced today. Again, another very friendly engineer! Gary was quick, helpful and great company for my cat! Would certainly reccomend Transgas!

Cannot fault these guys. From start to finish they were quick, clean and reassuring. The job took 2 days because of complications with my old boiler setup. The first day, two lads came over to uninstall the boiler (can’t remember their names sorry - but they both seemed great!) and then David came over to begin the install. David is a stand-up guy. Really genuinely lovely, and very knowledgeable. The second day Riley was over to assist, and was also really lovely and explained to me how to use my new system which I have set up tonight. The job was finished to a high standard and the guys cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic service and I’m really grateful to them for taking such a professional level of care.

Great plumber! He managed to fit us in, worked on a timer so really honest. Really friendly and helpful! Great with my dog too who can be a bit nervous of people in the house. This us the second time I've used him and I will definitely use him again.

Lee has covered three jobs at my home - replacing and installing new kitchen sink, new vanity bathroom sink unit, and replacing floor grouting in bathroom. I am extremely pleased with the work he did as it was all completed to a very high standard. Also Lee was able to be flexible and creative with the tasks, thinking outside the box where needed. He always explained to me in advance what he was planning to do that I appreciated. It is the second time that we call ST plumbing and heating. Our aging boiler stopped working and had to be changed. Andrew came the next morning to assess the situation and gave several options. We've had problems with our heating foe over a year with multiple plumbers coming out and proposing fixes that were not successful for very long. However, elmbridge were able to come out access the problem, talk us through the problem and solution. We've finally got reliable heating. Great workmanship, tidy, reliable and honest. I am so grateful to the team at Elmbridge Heating and Plumbing for their quick, efficient and friendly service when I was left without heating or hot water when my boiler broke down a few days pre Christmas. Their initial response was very fast and the price given for replacement was very fair. The two plumbers who carried out the work both went out of their way (and I think worked beyond their usual hours!) to get the whole system serviced and a new boiler up and running within a day and a half. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. The thermostat control for my boiler had broken. I rang them first thing in the morning and by late afternoon it was all sorted. A really polite charming young man called Tom fitted a new Hive thermostat system and took the time to show me how to set times etc on this new updated version. I will be using them again for any other issues in my home.
