Absolutely brilliant, thanks ever so much for your help! I called Khalid about a leaking copper pipe in our kitchen, he was round at our house in an hour and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. As well as the great service, he is a really nice guy and did the work for a very reasonable cost.

Once again, cannot praise team high enough. Almost instant response to call for help and engineer on site in couple of days. The requested, very old, thermostatic valves were replace with minimum fuss or upheaval. Boiler they installed in February is brilliant. Again excellent from quotation through to final receipt. Very, very impressed by care, attention to detail, helpfulness and efficiency of all the team. A very professional job. 5 Stars in all departments. Most highly recommended.

Alex, was very proactive in that he was the first company to estimate and actually arrived early. The Installing engineer was very pleasant. although the job overran the estimated two days the engineer was very accommodating in what was a difficult installation of replacement boiler in the loft and adaption of older controls that I was familiar and happy with. Really reliable company. Have used them a couple of times. Most recently to replace 4 bathroom radiator valves including addition of thermostats. This full day assignment turned out to be a lot more complicated than originally expected, but our Engineer, Alan did a great job completing the work in the same day. Will definitely use them again.

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. We recently had the pleasure of working with Dave Lawrence for a bathroom renovation and a full upgrade of our home’s heating system, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the results! I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

As previously used, BPH in the guise of Ryan their electrician quickly & very efficiently carried out the work setting up a Blink video doorbell & camera that ensures the increased safety of all our family even though he had only done so for the Ring equivalent before . A very old boiler needed a service but it quickly became clear it needed to be sent to a museum. The guys moved their schedule to fit a replacement boiler the following week. A clear fixed price quote was with me the next day. Very good communications amongst me, the office manager and the person ordering the materials and doing the work. I needed advice on the best domestic twin (hot and cold) water pump replacement and also some tech help with vibration and noise.
