Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

We have been using the services of Lawrence Plumbing and Heating for many years and have no hesitation recommending them. They work to a high standard and are extremely professional, reliable and trustworthy. The latest work they carried out in August 2024 was the installation of a washing machine in a small room with no plumbing or electrical sockets. Super work by Dave and the team at Lawrence Plumbing and Heating. Our old bathroom floor was crumbling and had to be replaced with a new one. We also took the opportunity to replace the downlights in the bathroom with newer LED ones, install a new inline extractor fan and install a brand-new shaver socket. We also refreshed the sealant around the bathtub and bathroom in general to finish the job. Within a couple of days, the work was completed - with minimum noise, mess and fuss, and to a very high standard. We are super pleased with the new floor and additions in the bathroom. Perfect update! We were really impressed with Dave and his team. They are very professional, knowledgeable and thorough, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Lawrence Plumbing and Heating.

Really reliable company. Have used them a couple of times. Most recently to replace 4 bathroom radiator valves including addition of thermostats. This full day assignment turned out to be a lot more complicated than originally expected, but our Engineer, Alan did a great job completing the work in the same day. Will definitely use them again.

Alex the owner was quick to visit for a quote and we were happy with the quoted price. Chris installed the boiler helped with Amia (sorry for any misspellings :-) ) and went above & beyond to make sure everything worked as it should (few Hive issues & a toilet which wasn't working properly). Alex, was very proactive in that he was the first company to estimate and actually arrived early. The Installing engineer was very pleasant. although the job overran the estimated two days the engineer was very accommodating in what was a difficult installation of replacement boiler in the loft and adaption of older controls that I was familiar and happy with.
