I called ActFast and was connected to Omar, the issue was my Dad's old and faulty electric shower. Omar made every effort to source a replacement and install it on the same day, certainly living up to the company name to ActFast. He also carried out a quality installation and I could not have asked for anything more, thank you Omar.

We didn't have any cold water from the upstairs taps and the toilets weren't filling. Omar responded quickly to my enquiry. He was able to diagnose and fix an air lock. He was happy to take the time to talk me through how to fix it (should it happen again). Thank you Omar.

Omar from Actfast got our incredibly broken central heating system working again on one of the coldest weeks of the year. The system was broken in multiple places meaning it was difficult to diagnose the issue. As such Omar had to be very systematic about his approach to diagnosis and repairs. He communicated clearly what he was doing, why he had to do it, and what he thought the problems were. He provided an efficient, friendly and transparent service. We'd recommend Actfast to anyone.

I received exceptional service from Omar, who arrived promptly within an hour. He took the time to thoroughly explain my issue and even went out to purchase the necessary parts, successfully restoring my hot water on the same day. Omar also identified several faults that the previous plumber had overlooked during their visit three weeks ago. I will undoubtedly be reaching out to them again for any future plumbing needs! We had an issue with our heating I left an email through Simon’s website He called me back the following day and after I explained the fault Simon said he could come and have a look at what we thought was an air lock Simon messaged me to say he was on his way this afternoon at 3.30 Saturday 11/1/25 On arrival he discovered the motorised valve had failed he promptly left to collect a new one and replaced it The air lock was still there unfortunately but Simon would not be beaten with dogged persistence he eventually had us all up and running after 4 hours and finished at 7.30 with still another job to do many others would have given up I can’t recommend Simon enough and would not hesitate to call on him again Five star service and on a Saturday Well done Simon great job Thank you

I used Plumber Dipesh to change my cylinder due to rusty hot water. Since the job completed, I've had no more issues with hot water. Not only that Dipesh tidied up all pipe system around the cylinder. Thank you Dipesh. I would definitely recommend him and use him again for any future plumbing work.

We have an old, extremely complicated and challenging Boilermate with a fault causing central heating to stop. Dipesh diagnosed the issue in no time and replaced the parts. Dipesh is very friendly, professional and flexible. I got a water leak from my kitchen ceiling and Dipesh was able to trace down the leak to the bathroom's underfloor pipe up stair within an hour. He also managed to fix it quickly and explained to me the step-by-step during his work. I would definitely use his service again for any plumbing work in my house in future.

Mike is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We wouldn't use anyone else for all of our plumbing needs. I had a fantastic experience with this service! They arrived right on time and worked efficiently while keeping the area clean and tidy. I have used GU Gas Services for three years for my annual boiler service. They arrive on time to service my boiler and an additional water heater. Two very nice guys who do their work quickly and efficiently. I would not use anyone else now. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Simon has been loooking after our boiler and plumbing for at least 10 years, and I can’t recommend him enough! He does our annual boiler services reliably and always responds quickly in emergencies. Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.
