I had a fantastic experience with this service! They arrived right on time and worked efficiently while keeping the area clean and tidy. I appreciated that they wore sleeves over their shoes to protect the carpet, which showed real attention to detail. The team was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. They even replaced the heater temperature gauge without any extra charge. Overall, great guys and outstanding service—highly recommended!

I have used GU Gas Services for three years for my annual boiler service. They arrive on time to service my boiler and an additional water heater. Two very nice guys who do their work quickly and efficiently. I would not use anyone else now. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Prewers plumbing fixed a fiddly garden tap and replaced some piping. Completed Competently and in a reasonable time. I I have no hesitation in recommending them. Have used capacities and known the individual over two years no problem at all.

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

A great company to deal with (they refurbished our family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom in early 2024). From Guy’s first visit, through Luke (plumbing, joinery, etc), Darren (tiling) and Kevin (decorating) they listened carefully to what we wanted, regularly checked-in with us and delivered first-class results, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. Everyone, including the office team, was friendly, reliable and communicated well. The works were carried out cleanly and efficiently and it was a pleasure having them in our home. Fantastic service and work by the Baileys Team. This was a full bathroom refit and they coordinated tiling, decorating, fitting and plumbing aswell as arranging delivery of the goods from Grahams Plumbers Merchants. Absolute experts and Luke and team were so hard working, gave regular updates and cleaned up daily. There was also ongoing communication and active engagement with the owner (Guy) and Teresa in the office was superbly efficient and could not help enough. I simply cannot recommend enough.

Can’t say how great these guys are. My mums boiler completely went a week before Xmas and they rushed around to sort out a boiler and installed it in 24hrs! Premier Heating upgraded our central heating system over 20 years ago. It now needed a new boiler, several new radiators and all new thermostatic valves. This work was completed and commissioned within a week to a high standard. The installer arrived promptly, was very thorough, professional and considerate of our furnishings.
