I cannot recommend Michael highly enough for the great job he did. He replaced our boiler and installed a new heating system in our house due to a renovation. He got through the work quickly and his attention to detail and knowledge of heating is second to none. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing any work doing. 5 stars

I’m really pleased to have found Michael to fix my boiler. I had called someone else a few months prior who didn’t even come to see the problem (at that point the issue was only that it was not heating water very well) and offered me a no guarantee repair for £800 (he just presumed it was the heat exchanger) or £3000 for a new boiler. I decided to make do for a while with only slightly warm water. Once it started leaking too, I thought I’d give it one more go at repair before succumbing to a new boiler. Michael came to see the leak on the same day I called, quickly diagnosed what the problem was and got to work finding the part (it is a very old and uncommon boiler so not easy!). He had the part within a few days and came to fix it. The boiler gave him quite a few challenges since it was on its last legs but he stuck to his quote and even checked a couple of other things I’d asked about (radiator fluids and broken drain valve). Michael then turned his attention to the original hot water issue, found the issue, ordered the part (not the heat exchanger!!!) and got it fixed. Being my old cranky boiler, this also gave him some issues but he expertly worked his way through them (again for the quoted price) and now I have super hot water and no leaks for a fraction of the price of a new boiler. Michael is polite and friendly and very reasonably priced. He was punctual and kept me up to date with progress all the way through. My ancient boiler has a new lease of life and if I do have to replace it at some point in the future, I know who to ask.

MP Plumbing and Heating have now done 2 Major Jobs for us. Michael has fitted us a brand new bathroom and doing so came with a variety of complications that he and his team solved with the upmost professionalism. The Bathroom looks stunning and we couldnt be more pleased with it. The second job was a gas leak in our Kitchen which Michael came out to us to find. After replacing a valve and some corroded pipework we are now gas leak free. Without Michael we would have been facing Christmas without heating and a working hob, he stayed until the leak was found and the pipwork repaired. It is so hard to find trustworthy tradespeople that have the knowledge and skills to do a great Job, we are so pleased to have found Michael at MP Plumbing & Heating and we would recommend him to Everyone

Michael replaced our boiler and all radiators and installed a hive control system. Very knowledgeable about boiler types and best solution for us. The installation was done quickly and very neatly, cleared the mess up as he went. Price was very good. Very professional service on top of that -Michael is calm and unflappable. Michael was recommended to us by two different friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Ross is an excellent plumber and heating engineer who I've been using and recommending for the last 7 years. He has solved a range of problems with the boiler, radiators and shower that I inherited when I moved in, always working to find and resolve the issue. He installed a new boiler for me and has kept it working like new 5 years on through regular servicing, and replaced multiple radiators and shower parts over the years. He is polite, explains what he is doing and the costs, never pressures you into a decision and always does impeccable work.

Ross and Lee were brilliant in redoing the central heating and bathroom in my house. They were polite, friendly, cleared up after themselves and took so much pride in their work. I have used JT plumbing and heating on 4 separate occasions now and will always call them first. Every occasion has been impressive. They know their stuff and I trust them not to gouge me. What more could you want? On the most recent occasion Billy was on site within an hour, did his best to resolve a tough blockage (which I knew might be the case) but he recommended a specialist drain rodding company and then didn’t even charge for the time spent. I would have been happy to pay, but this is service at its best.

I would highly recommend Dennis. Super service from start to finish. Dennis identified and resolved our ongoing underfloor heating issues within 30minutes. There was no call out charge or other silly fees. He charged us for 30 minutes labour despite being at the property for over an hour. Will be using for our regular services going forward. Brilliant!

We had Mel install a brand-new underfloor heating and manifold system, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed. Not only is Mel an excellent engineer, but he’s also such a lovely, pleasant, and down-to-earth person. He installed the system with outstanding care and incredible attention to detail. What truly stood out was his dedication. We called him on a Sunday morning, between Christmas and New Year’s, and he was at our home within an hour, fixing all the issues without hesitation. I honestly can’t recommend Mel enough. If you’re looking for someone highly skilled, reliable, and a pleasure to work with, Mel is definitely the one to call.

I called Mel in the hope that he could see us about a faulty boiler that same day - turns out he could! (despite being busy with other jobs that day). He immediately identified an issue with the pump and (very) fortunately for us, explained that he had a rare spare part in his van, which meant that we wouldn’t need a full costly replacement pump. He fitted the part very quickly and efficiently and stayed to make sure everything was a-ok. A great job all round. I don’t generally write reviews, but this time, thought it was well worth spreading the word.

Excellent work, remodeling a whole bathroom within 2 weeks. Pitor has been very professional and tidy, there were couple of hiccups along the way but were rectified as soon as they were pointed out. Can't fault anything, high standard work and I highly recommend his services.

Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was.
