I was passed Richards details from my inlaws who have used him for years. He had serviced there boiler yearly and even moved it when they had an extension and they have never had any problems. I've been using Richard for 4 or 5 years and always had amazing service! He polite helpful and honest! When finding trades people having someone who is honest is such a big thing. No one wants to be over charged. Richard has always done a great job for us and when I've had a problem he's always been out to help me really quickly. Highly recommend him and now Chris who also works with him.

As always Richard and Chris provided excellent service relocating a radiator that involved some drilling out of the concrete to divert the pipe work. They not only did a perfect job, they were on time, to budget and worked very cleanly. I have used the team from Paul Benham Heating on a number of previous occasions and wouldn’t use anyone else. 100% reliable and efficient.

Excellent work, remodeling a whole bathroom within 2 weeks. Pitor has been very professional and tidy, there were couple of hiccups along the way but were rectified as soon as they were pointed out. Can't fault anything, high standard work and I highly recommend his services.

Not only did he fix the isolator valve in our bathroom toilet, he also rectified the leak on our kitchen sink and advised me on our radiator issue too. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. I cannot praise Plamen enough for the exceptional plumbing work he carried out in my home recently! There are not enough words to describe the high standard of his work. I had been struggling to find a plumber who was prepared to accept the work that was required, and I was getting frustrated and despondent. I eventually found Plamen on Checkatrade and he accepted the work, despite the fact that it was extensive and complicated, although most of the complexity wasn’t evident until he had already started work. That didn’t deter Plamen though, and over several days he persevered until he had completed the work to the highest standard possible. I needed several radiators and valves replacing, the whole system needed flushing and the shower cartridge needed replacing. My house was previously cold and miserable with poor heat production from the radiators, with some of them failing to warm up at all, but after Plamen had finished the complex work on the heating system, my plumbing and radiators throughout the house are now functioning perfectly and the house is toasty warm at last. Plamen drained some horrible-looking thick and sludgy gunk out of my radiators, which was one of the reasons why the radiators were so inefficient and not heating the house properly. Plamen was keen to keep the price reasonable for me, which I really appreciated. He visited several times to prepare and measure-up, ensuring that he only replaced the essential radiators with others just requiring replacement of the valves. He worked long hours, even during the weekend to complete the work, and brought a colleague along with him to help him on the Sunday. His standard of workmanship was faultless and he left the house immaculate. He was exceptionally tidy while he worked, always wearing overshoes or even removing his shoes, and applied adhesive plastic sheeting to the carpeted areas. He returned to bleed the radiators to ensure the most efficient water circulation and kept me informed throughout the process, carefully explaining anything that I didn’t understand. In addition, Plamen is a really lovely warm and friendly chap and so easy to have working in the house. I really can’t thank him enough for his exceptionally high standard of work and the difference that he has made to my house with fully functioning radiators and a warm shower! I have already recommended him to my neighbour, who after reading his amazing reviews, has contacted him. Thank you Plamen, and I apologise for the delay in posting my review. It’s been a pleasure to be able to post such a positive review from a very happy customer!!

Plamen came today at very short notice. I found his details in checkatrade. My kitchen was flooded with water due to blocked kitchen sink. He said he could be at my place after finishing another job and he arrived in less than 1 hour. He wore shoe protectors to avoid leaving any dirt on my floor. He unblocked the drain, gave me some good advice. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely call him again and he also does handyman work.

I called Plamen this morning regarding a slow leak in my kitchen. He was able to fit me into his schedule the same day and arrived well prepared later that afternoon. He was polite, friendly and very helpful in explaining what had gone wrong and what he was doing to rectify the issue. Furthermore, he provided some additional advice for maintenence of the issue. Fantastic service all round. Friendly, respectable and professional. I called in the morning as I was having issues with the boiler, Plamen gave me some initial advice on the phone and came and viewed the job in the afternoon. Assessed what needed doing, went off and got the parts and was back the next day to fit them and complete the job. Gave me some tips along the way and was a pleasure to chat with. Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. Ross came out urgently to deal with a large ceiling water leak/boiler issue and quickly noticed the problem which he resolved straight away. Such professional and efficient service. Ross is an excellent plumber and heating engineer who I've been using and recommending for the last 7 years. He has solved a range of problems with the boiler, radiators and shower that I inherited when I moved in, always working to find and resolve the issue. He installed a new boiler for me and has kept it working like new 5 years on through regular servicing, and replaced multiple radiators and shower parts over the years. He is polite, explains what he is doing and the costs, never pressures you into a decision and always does impeccable work.

I’m really pleased to have found Michael to fix my boiler. I had called someone else a few months prior who didn’t even come to see the problem (at that point the issue was only that it was not heating water very well) and offered me a no guarantee repair for £800 (he just presumed it was the heat exchanger) or £3000 for a new boiler. I decided to make do for a while with only slightly warm water. Once it started leaking too, I thought I’d give it one more go at repair before succumbing to a new boiler. Michael came to see the leak on the same day I called, quickly diagnosed what the problem was and got to work finding the part (it is a very old and uncommon boiler so not easy!). He had the part within a few days and came to fix it. The boiler gave him quite a few challenges since it was on its last legs but he stuck to his quote and even checked a couple of other things I’d asked about (radiator fluids and broken drain valve). Michael then turned his attention to the original hot water issue, found the issue, ordered the part (not the heat exchanger!!!) and got it fixed. Being my old cranky boiler, this also gave him some issues but he expertly worked his way through them (again for the quoted price) and now I have super hot water and no leaks for a fraction of the price of a new boiler. Michael is polite and friendly and very reasonably priced. He was punctual and kept me up to date with progress all the way through. My ancient boiler has a new lease of life and if I do have to replace it at some point in the future, I know who to ask.

Michael replaced our boiler and all radiators and installed a hive control system. Very knowledgeable about boiler types and best solution for us. The installation was done quickly and very neatly, cleared the mess up as he went. Price was very good. Very professional service on top of that -Michael is calm and unflappable.
