I would highly recommend Dennis. Super service from start to finish. Dennis identified and resolved our ongoing underfloor heating issues within 30minutes. There was no call out charge or other silly fees. He charged us for 30 minutes labour despite being at the property for over an hour. Will be using for our regular services going forward. Brilliant!

Ross and Lee were brilliant in redoing the central heating and bathroom in my house. They were polite, friendly, cleared up after themselves and took so much pride in their work. Probably one of the best tradesmen I have used, totally reliable and first class service from this company. Quality work above all else.

Ross came out urgently to deal with a large ceiling water leak/boiler issue and quickly noticed the problem which he resolved straight away. Such professional and efficient service. We were pleased with how easily Ross rectified the issue and have had no problems since. He has since been back to fit new taps for us which he recommended and fitted. I have worked with Richard and the team at Response Plumbing for many years on a number of small things. The time came for two new bathrooms at once and Richard delivered a high quality product in both. There were a few issues that Richard rectified and his attention to detail and refusal to accept lower quality made us very confident and secure in his ablity. It's always very nice to see Carmelo for the yearly boiler service. Carmelo is very professional and helpful and is always happy to answer any questions I may have. He is very punctual and always checks timing to reconfirm in advance. He offers very thorough and professional service (unlike others such as BG that just press a few buttons and go!) and having Carmelo service my boiler truly gives peace of mind, knowing that my boiler is in safe and professional hands. He always goes an extra mile and offers more to ensure that we are happy! Really great boiler service and experience and thank you very much for the special Christmas gift!

I called Mel in the hope that he could see us about a faulty boiler that same day - turns out he could! (despite being busy with other jobs that day). He immediately identified an issue with the pump and (very) fortunately for us, explained that he had a rare spare part in his van, which meant that we wouldn’t need a full costly replacement pump. He fitted the part very quickly and efficiently and stayed to make sure everything was a-ok. A great job all round. I don’t generally write reviews, but this time, thought it was well worth spreading the word.

We had Mel install a brand-new underfloor heating and manifold system, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed. Not only is Mel an excellent engineer, but he’s also such a lovely, pleasant, and down-to-earth person. He installed the system with outstanding care and incredible attention to detail. What truly stood out was his dedication. We called him on a Sunday morning, between Christmas and New Year’s, and he was at our home within an hour, fixing all the issues without hesitation. I honestly can’t recommend Mel enough. If you’re looking for someone highly skilled, reliable, and a pleasure to work with, Mel is definitely the one to call.

Very professional and efficient . Fixed the boiler very fast. Came back to install a new thermostat. Guided me step by step through the learning process and setting up the thermostat that he installed . Definitely will call them if needed and highly recommend them.

Plamen came today at very short notice. I found his details in checkatrade. My kitchen was flooded with water due to blocked kitchen sink. He said he could be at my place after finishing another job and he arrived in less than 1 hour. He wore shoe protectors to avoid leaving any dirt on my floor. He unblocked the drain, gave me some good advice. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely call him again and he also does handyman work.

I called Plamen this morning regarding a slow leak in my kitchen. He was able to fit me into his schedule the same day and arrived well prepared later that afternoon. He was polite, friendly and very helpful in explaining what had gone wrong and what he was doing to rectify the issue. Furthermore, he provided some additional advice for maintenence of the issue. Would definitely reccomend TopFlow Services!

I cannot praise Plamen enough for the exceptional plumbing work he carried out in my home recently! There are not enough words to describe the high standard of his work. I had been struggling to find a plumber who was prepared to accept the work that was required, and I was getting frustrated and despondent. I eventually found Plamen on Checkatrade and he accepted the work, despite the fact that it was extensive and complicated, although most of the complexity wasn’t evident until he had already started work. That didn’t deter Plamen though, and over several days he persevered until he had completed the work to the highest standard possible. I needed several radiators and valves replacing, the whole system needed flushing and the shower cartridge needed replacing. My house was previously cold and miserable with poor heat production from the radiators, with some of them failing to warm up at all, but after Plamen had finished the complex work on the heating system, my plumbing and radiators throughout the house are now functioning perfectly and the house is toasty warm at last. Plamen drained some horrible-looking thick and sludgy gunk out of my radiators, which was one of the reasons why the radiators were so inefficient and not heating the house properly. Plamen was keen to keep the price reasonable for me, which I really appreciated. He visited several times to prepare and measure-up, ensuring that he only replaced the essential radiators with others just requiring replacement of the valves. He worked long hours, even during the weekend to complete the work, and brought a colleague along with him to help him on the Sunday. His standard of workmanship was faultless and he left the house immaculate. He was exceptionally tidy while he worked, always wearing overshoes or even removing his shoes, and applied adhesive plastic sheeting to the carpeted areas. He returned to bleed the radiators to ensure the most efficient water circulation and kept me informed throughout the process, carefully explaining anything that I didn’t understand. In addition, Plamen is a really lovely warm and friendly chap and so easy to have working in the house. I really can’t thank him enough for his exceptionally high standard of work and the difference that he has made to my house with fully functioning radiators and a warm shower! I have already recommended him to my neighbour, who after reading his amazing reviews, has contacted him. Thank you Plamen, and I apologise for the delay in posting my review. It’s been a pleasure to be able to post such a positive review from a very happy customer!!
