Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves. Lee has helped us with other plumbing issues before and he has always been very polite and reliable and done really good work. We definitely recommend him!

Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. He was quick, professional, friendly and explained all the works thoroughly. I was WFH during his works being carried out and he was quiet and respectful of privacy when I had calls. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Neil and Jordan installed our new water tank, hot water cylinder and boiler on two of the hottest days of the year. Both of them are efficient and professional. The work was carried out with no fuss and tools and mess were cleared up quickly at every stage.

I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. When I read the reviews of this guy I thought he sounds amazing and he is from my own personal experience.

After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional, polite and focused. We were charged as quoted and he spent a full intense hour making sure everything was fixed and, more importantly, no leaks! Absolutely brilliant, thanks ever so much for your help! I called Khalid about a leaking copper pipe in our kitchen, he was round at our house in an hour and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. As well as the great service, he is a really nice guy and did the work for a very reasonable cost.

Transgas removed a back boiler and installed a new gas boiler for me last year. They were the only company that wanted to tackle the task which was a relief as as soon as John came over to make a quote I felt in safe hands. The installation team were super friendly and I appreciated the text updates as to when they would be arriving. The boiler was serviced today. Again, another very friendly engineer! Gary was quick, helpful and great company for my cat! Would certainly reccomend Transgas!

Excellent, got a new boiler at a new site and the guys and the end product were all great. New boiler purrs quietly away like a contented cat. Price was also very reasonable indeed, about 40% less than the one other quote I got. Would of course re-hire.

Gary was extremely professional. I had an issue of a F75 error on my Vaillant boiler which meant I had no heating or hot water. Before installing new parts Gary cleaned some of the parts to see if that was the issue. The boiler did ignite so we agreed to see whether that was the cause of the problem. Unfortunately the F75 error came back. Gary was quick to respond and replaced a couple of parts which sorted the problem ensuring I had heating over Christmas. I would highly recommend Gary, I I also feel he did not overcharge for his services.

We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and family Thank you Gary Ann
