At the worst time when it was -7 degrees with a 5 week old newborn, our 25+ year old boiler broke. I contacted Sole Solutions who immediately responded and made arrangements to attend. Gez was exceptional throughout - reasonable costs for the call-out and labour, he kept in regular contact with me about arrangements and, despite it being a very busy time due to the weather, had the boiler ordered, delivered, fitted and up and running with heating and hot water within 4 days! Was an absolute blessing in a stressful situation. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

Niall came out today and replaced our leaking tap. He was amazing and so helpful as well as replacing our tap he took the time to look at another issue and fixed it as well and he explained everything so simply. We will definitely be using him again. Thankyou so much

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. We were extremely satisfied with the service and would defiantly use Niall again and would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a plumber

Excellent service from Niall. Responded to our emergency call out immediately and attended on the same day. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. We have just had our back-boiler serviced by Simon, and he managed to resurrect it from the grave! He did an excellent job 👍, and we will be using him for a new boiler replacement in the spring. I would thoroughly recommend him.

We had an issue with our heating I left an email through Simon’s website He called me back the following day and after I explained the fault Simon said he could come and have a look at what we thought was an air lock Simon messaged me to say he was on his way this afternoon at 3.30 Saturday 11/1/25 On arrival he discovered the motorised valve had failed he promptly left to collect a new one and replaced it The air lock was still there unfortunately but Simon would not be beaten with dogged persistence he eventually had us all up and running after 4 hours and finished at 7.30 with still another job to do many others would have given up I can’t recommend Simon enough and would not hesitate to call on him again Five star service and on a Saturday Well done Simon great job Thank you

Dan arrived exactly on time. He completed the boiler service and gas hob inspection. Before starting the service on the boiler, he was careful to cover the landing carpet with a sheet to avoid any mess. He also sent the gas safety certificate the same evening by email. I would thoroughly recommend using this company if you need any sort of gas service.

Jay was great! On first visit he arrived without the right materials as through no fault of his own he hadn’t been shown the photos or videos I had sent a few days in advance… so arrived with a new part he didn’t need, and without the one he did. But with some improvisation on his part he got the job done. Very polite and customer focused. On second visit he did great job plumbing in the posh new taps I’d bought for kitchen.

We have used Chedd Ltd for many years and have always been pleased with their excellent service. Recently we had a problem with the central heating/hot water within an hour their engineer had arrived and the problem was solved. The boiler was serviced this week and again engineer arrived well within time set. All staff are polite and efficient.

Dealing with THE LEAK DETECTION COMPANY LTD was totally hassle-free, especially in the middle of a water leak crisis damaging our home. One is left with the impression of a very well run family business, with a slick business process supported by an efficient admin back office team (shout out to Claire and Samantha). The three staff members I had dealings with (Claire, Sam & Jamie) left a very positive impression and represented the company really well. Once I’d agreed to engage their services, they emailed the scope of the work and a clear breakdown of costs. There was no pressure selling and didn’t even have to make a pre-payment. On appointment day, their engineer Jamie was waiting outside my door first thing in the morning. Using specialist equipment, Jamie worked meticulously to locate and repair the leak, doing his very best to not do too much damage. He was simply brilliant, friendly and courteous, yet extremely competent. Big shout out to Jamie K (top bloke). By the end of that working day, I’d been emailed an invoice, payment receipt and a detailed professional report for insurance claim purposes. While they aren’t cheap (that field of work isn’t), they are excellent value for money, espcially in the middle of a crisis and will provide a super professional report for insurance claim purposes. I will not hesistate to use this company again if (heaven forbid) I ever suffer the misfortune of another water leak. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and with no reservations at all.

Very detailed and thorough inspection, our inspector was very experienced and knew where to look. He found 2 leaks which we thought were a rising damp issue but turned out not to be! We were close to getting expensive damp treatments but thought we'd check if we had a leak to be sure, very glad we went with this company

Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. Dipesh is very friendly, professional and flexible. I got a water leak from my kitchen ceiling and Dipesh was able to trace down the leak to the bathroom's underfloor pipe up stair within an hour. We have an old, extremely complicated and challenging Boilermate with a fault causing central heating to stop. Dipesh diagnosed the issue in no time and replaced the parts. We were delighted to find Tudor Plumbing and even more delighted that Carl was able to slot us in to his schedule on the day we discovered water trickling down our sitting room wall! He was extremely thorough and seemed to have cured the problem. However, when the leak started up again he was available to discuss over the weekend and rearranged his diary to fit us in first thing on the Monday. The offending pipes were cut and capped and the problem solved (pending a refit of the bathroom). A prompt and very neat & tidy worker. We would certainly highly recommend this company.

Complete house refurb and enhancements - Tudor plumbing supplied and installed a new ensuite, inc WC, sink, vanity unit and shower. Full replacement for groundfloor WC and shower over bath, inc vanity unit. Brand new gas boiler install and general plumbing tidy-up! All quality products supplied and professionally installed in a very tight time frame. Carl even had the politeness to assist with a 4inch extract wall vent drilling for the electrician. Delighted.

Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves.
