I can't speak highly enough of the service from R&G Plumbing Services! Our boiler broke down early this morning, and after calling at 9:30am, Dicky was at our door within an hour and a half. In just 15 minutes, he had identified the issue and the part required, and within the hour, it was obtained and installed. Remarkably, our boiler was back up and running within just a few hours, including an annual service. If there's service better than this, I'd love to see it! We’ll now be using R&G Plumbing Services annually for our boiler maintenance. Highly recommended!

Paul is very reliable, helpful and friendly. I just moved into the house and he was able to review the plumbing, help me orientate myself on how things were functioning and replaced worn taps and a new shower. I would have no hesitation recommending him!

Had a burst hot water pipe that shut down our water supply. Called the house insurance emergency service THREE times and still no appointment so we got Paul’s number from a neighbour. A few text messages later, on a Saturday no less, Paul arrives and does a superb repair job!! Very polite and professional. Highly recommended!!

We’ve just used Nichols Plumbing & Heating to install our new bathroom. We were extremely impressed with them. Their quote was reasonable in comparison with other “high end” installers we contacted. It was a fairly large job, also involving a small amount of building work, but Louis managed it all using his own team or subcontractors, once we’d selected our supplies. Everyone on the job was unfailingly polite, and all work was completed to extremely high standard, virtually to the original schedule. Communication was outstanding throughout. Although there were inevitably one or two unexpected challenges along the way, they were surmounted very expertly, and the final bill was exactly as originally quoted. We will continue to use them for any other plumbing jobs we have and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I rang this morning about my leaky sink, Lee rang back very quickly, was very open, realistic and transparent regarding costs and was able to send out his guy Chris within the hour. Chris was polite and professional and he fixed the problem efficiently (which was caused by another “plumber” I had hired from a different company to install a new sink). Chris even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Lee and his team and will definitely use them again!

I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Lee has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and we'll be sure to use S&S again in the future.

Stewart and Stewart were available to provide a boiler service and gas safety inspection at my tenants’ flat at short notice when the company I had been paying into each month, for a call-out plan that should have covered this, let me down. Grateful to them for stepping in, liaising with the tenants and getting the job done without issue, and within the legal deadline, ensuring I didn’t breach regs. Easy and friendly to deal with. Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! Scott provided a totally professional, competent and reliable service from start to finish. He installed a new toilet and bathroom and did all the associated plumbing, tiling and decorating himself. He was with us for four weeks and was a joy to have around. He was considerate, tidy and all tools were neatly put away every evening. By the end he'd really become a friend of the family.......in fact he even brought round a red canvas camp chair for our 3 year old grandson who subsequently spent the whole morning in it. In short we can't recommend him highly enough.

Steve’s been our plumber for about 12 years now and is always great at reaching out when we need our boiler serviced. Whilst he was here I noticed that one of our radiators was hanging off the wall on one side. He was happy to fix this whilst he as over. I have worked with Richard and the team at Response Plumbing for many years on a number of small things. The time came for two new bathrooms at once and Richard delivered a high quality product in both. There were a few issues that Richard rectified and his attention to detail and refusal to accept lower quality made us very confident and secure in his ablity. Both bathroom are amazing and Richard resolved some bad decisions we made, proposed an alternative, then left us with a quality bathroom. 100% would use again, if you want it done right, complete project management, refusal to accept mediocrity the call Richard today.
