Scott provided a totally professional, competent and reliable service from start to finish. He installed a new toilet and bathroom and did all the associated plumbing, tiling and decorating himself. He was with us for four weeks and was a joy to have around. He was considerate, tidy and all tools were neatly put away every evening. By the end he'd really become a friend of the family.......in fact he even brought round a red canvas camp chair for our 3 year old grandson who subsequently spent the whole morning in it. In short we can't recommend him highly enough.

Scott was super helpful and did a great job re-fitting a shower room, including tiling and flooring. In 'spare' time he sorted out the plumbing in the whole house and voluntarily painted the shower room walls and woodwork. Highly recommended!

Scott has done two bathrooms for us now. Have found him very trustworthy and reliable. He has also been happy to come back and fix any small issues that come up later.

Crown Plumbing just did my annual boiler service. Jack the engineer arrived as scheduled, phoning me 20 mins before to let me know he would be arriving. He was very tidy. Did a thorough job on the boiler service and highlighted some items that would need attention at next service. The cost was as advertised and in my opinion represented good value for money. Very happy with overall experience.

Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. When I read the reviews of this guy I thought he sounds amazing and he is from my own personal experience.

Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. He was quick, professional, friendly and explained all the works thoroughly. I was WFH during his works being carried out and he was quiet and respectful of privacy when I had calls. Lee was absolutely amazing in firstly sorting out a leak we had and then installing a new bathroom suite. Great recommendations provided for suppliers, brilliant communication throughout and professional in all elements of the job. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Had a burst hot water pipe that shut down our water supply. Called the house insurance emergency service THREE times and still no appointment so we got Paul’s number from a neighbour. A few text messages later, on a Saturday no less, Paul arrives and does a superb repair job!! Very polite and professional. Highly recommended!!

I use Heatsource every year to service my boiler before the winter sets in and I cannot fault them, they are so polite and cheerful and professional, everything is done with the minimum of fuss and mess and they checked all of the radiators as well as the boiler and flue etc. I have also used them to install a new boiler and radiator and a gas cooker. They have recently been to check the boiler at my daughter’s flat that had a fault and again we could not praise them enough for their attention to detail and professionalism. I feel so happy to recommend them to anyone.

Having tried Swale Heating and others, the Heatsource team were the only ones that would attempt to fix my boiler given the restricted access in the cupboard that it’s in. And they fixed it first time with no hassle or quibble. Very happy with their work and the price. Will definitely use them again.

So grateful to Dicky at R & G plumbing, immediately got back to me when contacted, came promptly the next day as arranged and sorted my heating issue immediately. (I had previously had someone else out who had "apparently done it", but hadn't!!) Dicky went above and beyond to check the whole system including safety of a gas fire and didn't charge me for any of the additional care. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has since helped with further issues, given free advice and been there at the end of the phone to advise with any plumbing/heating issues that arise. His communication and customer care is nothing short of excellent, his work is of an exceptionally high standard and also extremely good value. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I can't speak highly enough of the service from R&G Plumbing Services! Our boiler broke down early this morning, and after calling at 9:30am, Dicky was at our door within an hour and a half. In just 15 minutes, he had identified the issue and the part required, and within the hour, it was obtained and installed. Remarkably, our boiler was back up and running within just a few hours, including an annual service. If there's service better than this, I'd love to see it! We’ll now be using R&G Plumbing Services annually for our boiler maintenance. Highly recommended!

Adam is excellent at keeping in touch and updating progress on work in hand and always responds to calls where there’s a query.Dan is a meticulous tiler. - they work well together. Did a really good job on updating my bathroom and dealt efficiently and speedily with unforeseen difficulties.

Adam came and fitted a new bathroom for us in 2022, he dealt with unexpected problems well without giving me a headache about them. The overall quality of the fitting was good and came back nearly 12 months later to fix another issue with a faulty part quickly. Would recommend!

We’ve just used Nichols Plumbing & Heating to install our new bathroom. We were extremely impressed with them. Their quote was reasonable in comparison with other “high end” installers we contacted. It was a fairly large job, also involving a small amount of building work, but Louis managed it all using his own team or subcontractors, once we’d selected our supplies. Everyone on the job was unfailingly polite, and all work was completed to extremely high standard, virtually to the original schedule. Communication was outstanding throughout. Although there were inevitably one or two unexpected challenges along the way, they were surmounted very expertly, and the final bill was exactly as originally quoted. We will continue to use them for any other plumbing jobs we have and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks!
