We were delighted to find Tudor Plumbing and even more delighted that Carl was able to slot us in to his schedule on the day we discovered water trickling down our sitting room wall! He was extremely thorough and seemed to have cured the problem. However, when the leak started up again he was available to discuss over the weekend and rearranged his diary to fit us in first thing on the Monday. The offending pipes were cut and capped and the problem solved (pending a refit of the bathroom). A prompt and very neat & tidy worker. We would certainly highly recommend this company.

Tudor plumbing has just completed a total downstairs toilet refurb. Carl’s work ethic and expertise was second to none. He was totally professional, reliable and meticulous to detail. Carl was also extremely easy to have around. Pleasant and friendly, polite and very easy to get along with. Absolutely delighted with the finished results! Looking forward to having him back to refurbish my kitchen and utility room early next year. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Josh has serviced my boiler for many years in two different properties. He has also replaced my old boiler with a new one and fitted a new large radiator for me, removing an old one from a different position. Pipeline Plumbing Services gave us an excellent service. Josh promptly came and looked at or leaking tank and provided a quotation for the work in less than a day. The work was started and completed the same day by Tim and Josh2 the apprentice. They were a pleasure to have in our home and were through and very tidy. Technically they did a first class job and this coupled with their office staff proactive assistance made the experience without fault. James, was amazing. Spoke to my wife and talked about what he thought the price would be. Managed to fit us in, in what must be the busiest time of year for boiler engineers. Fitted an additional part at no extra charge. Even wore little blue plastic socks to cover his shoes. Highly recommend, will use again. James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. Excellent service from Niall. Responded to our emergency call out immediately and attended on the same day. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. We were extremely satisfied with the service and would defiantly use Niall again and would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a plumber

CJB were brilliant at dealing with a really fiddly set of long standing problems with an underfloor heating system which had had multiple pump failures. They could easily have given up but instead kept coming back till the problems were resolved and were very reasonable with their charges. I highly recommend them as an honorable and thoroughly professional firm.
