We are new to the area and had a sudden serious water leak . We left messages for several plumbers but Ricky was the only one to respond. Since then we have used his services several times and find that he works to the very highest of standards and is totally reliable.

Ricky is amazing. He really explains to you exactly what he's going to do and what has gone wrong. Excellent, honest plumber!

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. We were extremely satisfied with the service and would defiantly use Niall again and would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a plumber

Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Pipeline Plumbing Services gave us an excellent service. Josh promptly came and looked at or leaking tank and provided a quotation for the work in less than a day. The work was started and completed the same day by Tim and Josh2 the apprentice. They were a pleasure to have in our home and were through and very tidy. James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. CJB were brilliant at dealing with a really fiddly set of long standing problems with an underfloor heating system which had had multiple pump failures. They could easily have given up but instead kept coming back till the problems were resolved and were very reasonable with their charges. I highly recommend them as an honorable and thoroughly professional firm.

Called on CJB Plumbing to replace a kitchen tap not the most difficult job, that was until the CJB removed the original tap fitting! The job was a nightmare the poor plumber banged his head a couple of times while trying to rectify the problem, the new tap wouldn’t fit properly, and the fitting was too short for the unit but he smiled throughout and just got on with it. He kept me informed for the duration of the job and after a lot of hard work managed to fit the new tap – running water at last!
