Amazing service. He completed the job with no hassle and went the extra mile finish on the day. I booked the job with some other company and last minute they told me it couldn't be done because of the height restriction in my carpark, they blamed it on the type of equipment required. But this guy managed to get the job done, to a very high standard I must say, without me having to get the car out of the carpark as the other company suggested. Saving me 300 pounds! Called in RLM Locksmiths to help us with a stuck garage door. The pre-visit service was very professional and Dan (from RLM) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the door open very quickly and cleaned the lock mechanism. Great service. I’d definitely recommend RLM.

Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Called Tony after loosing my keys. Dealer wanted a fortune. Tony picked me up as the bike was stuck in Brighton. Then Tony promptly got to work and provided 2 keys in no time at all. Very happy and would highly recommend his services.

Lost keys to a 36 year old BMW airhead motorcycle. Tony made a set of keys working from the ignition lock I sent him by hand. I had an issue with my front door and the handle becoming jammed. Justin came out quickly, diagnosed the issue. We needed a new gearbox and latches. He didn’t have them in stock and ordered them in for the next day. Due to not having it in stock he got our door up to a standard it could be used while we waited for the parts. I would recommend Justin and his team for their timely, polite and thorough work.

Fantastic service ! I called in the morning and a little later that day I had two perfect keys (I’d broken the only key I had !). I didn’t even have to drive anywhere as Justin came to my work address. A main VW dealer told me I’d have to wait 7-10 days for keys to arrive and then book in to have them programmed. Really happy with the service provided by Dave at Rockhopper Locks. His communication was great, he was friendly and polite, he was on time and he diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly. Parts had to be ordered but these arrived the next day and he came straight away to fit them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered!
