Weisz Locksmith arrived within 15 minutes of call. Stripped out broken lock, supplied and fitted a new lock and completed job in a PVC door all well within 30mins. Very professional and friendly, and very reasonable rates.

Steve was punctual polite and helpful : came and sorted a lock situation out - it turned out to be the door hinges - he was very generous and charged nothing for the visit - highly recommend- will use agin and refer if needed in future .

Steve was great! Came to assist me with getting back into my property after locking the keys inside!!! He arrived within the time frame quoted (15 minutes!) and got me in within 5 minutes! It was such a relief and reasonably priced for a call out! 10/10.

Really happy with the service provided by Dave at Rockhopper Locks. His communication was great, he was friendly and polite, he was on time and he diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly. The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered! I needed to locks changed on a property in Epsom urgently. So I called John at about- turn locks in Epsom. One lock I had a key for & the other lock I didn’t have a key. Brilliant service provided by this company. Our front door handle completely broke leaving our property unsecured. Called this company due to the great reviews and John fitted us in at such short notice. Had the exact replacement handle on his van and completed the job really quickly and efficiently at the costs he had advised up front Would highly recommend !

We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge.
